13:42 You are correct on how that is a new character for this episode. His name is Slappy Laszlo who makes his first appearance in the episode "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout." Slappy appears in some more seasons 13 and 14 episodes after this along with him heavily appearing in The Patrick Star Show as the biggest fan of Patrick's show.

Honestly the spot for number 1 is tied between Paris and Go Wild for me. Rugrats were a staple in my house growing up, so the introduction of Kira and Kimi to the show was a pivotal moment for us as a kid (especially since Chucky was the one I most identified with and his father and him finding happiness was so important to me) not to mention the fact that Coco was an amazing villain for kids movie. But Go Wild had the Thornberry family, and the Wild Thornberrys was another fantastic show. (Shout out to anyone who played their Australian rescue game) Now I grew up on the Disney, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network (the big three) so crossovers weren’t something new to me, but this was god tier. Not to mention we finally got to hear Spike speak after years of seeing him with the family in the show. Overall I just love them both so much and even though I’m in my 30s, they still hold a place in my heart. Another great reaction, always great to ride along as you discover more cinema. ❤
