@@dnnr6626 when I ran duals, I remember the images would melt together and give some depth perception. It was ok for some things, but it really didn't work when I was running or looking at things quickly. Maybe I needed to train with it more.

@@CracklenPop yea, I get it. It's not for everyone. Cola Warrior is kind of like a Run N Gun. It has 5 obstacles that vary by location, field strip an AK47, eat a rail of peeps, run 1/2 mile, engage pistol targets and engage rifle targets then chug 72oz of any carbonated beverage. But CW isn't about the competition. It's about meeting new people and establishing connections with people who have suffered/endured like everyone else. The competition is about 10% of the whole event. Sure the event is fun to laugh at others, but it's the friends you make around the campfire and passing around thermals and NODs that really make it worthwhile. Oh and the food is always amazing! And after the event you have a common bond with people from all over. A bond that can really help others through tough times. Cola Warrior isn't just about the puking - it's about community.

I'm using my old/abused AAC 762-SDN6. After doing 60rds, the entire handguard was untouchable, even with SKD gloves. The can was as hot as the surface of the sun.

Naw. I borrowed it for a good while. I was able to take it hog, coyote, raccoon hunting and general jackassery. While it was cool, it just didn't fit my needs.

@@mjasoedovoleksii to turn it on, there is a rotary dial on the bottom of the unit. You twist it to turn it on. To get to the menus and select categories you push that dial in. Does that help?

I was going to ask the same I just got one and can see the menus but can’t do anything, so the rotary nob gets pushed in to select an item?

@@tacomatress there should be a side button. Press and hold that to bring up some menus. It's been a long time since I've had that COTI and can't remember how it works.

You have to use your night vision. Same steps as a visible laser, just at night. I like inline lasers, so I just line up my laser to my RDS at my desired distance and over lap them. It's not exact, but good enough for my needs.

@@rustyturbos for most of my videos I suffer through whatever program comes with Windows...think it's Windows Video Editor or something. For the split screen, I googled and found the best, least spyware infecting program. I don't even remember what it was called because I uninstalled it. I would really like a good, free, non-spyware timeline based editing program that I'm used to. I guess that's too much to ask. Lol.

They are surprisingly well built and sort of heavy, but can easily bruise a shoulder with several shots. It does turn heads at the range and garners lots of questions.

I still have mine. I bought it when they first came out. It lives permanently on a 22LR SBR upper. Killed a few raccoons and it always slays steel targets. IMHO, I like it and it's a great value.

How does the fire button work..do you have to click on or is it momentary?

@@devilmanable a single press is constant on. The button is firm but I don't hear an audible click, which to me is nice. If you hold the button it will cycle through low/medium/high power. Low power being .2mW and high being .7mW. it's still considered an "eye-safe" laser to the FDA....but I still wouldn't look into it.

@@devilmanable cool. Do it. I still like mine. It's affordable and it's held zero on my 22 no problem. I really like the constant on function. Since the button is in the side, it might take a short time to build up muscle memory.
