As someone who mained a healer from clasic to BFA. I can say you are not wrong. The community is why i quit playing all together. Queuing for dungeon was toxic and I absolutely hated doing it. Towards the end I wouldn't heal a run unless it was a guild run.

Another problem is going back to the community nobody cares about the tanks or the healers performance healer does what they're supposed to do at the end of the random group instance hey GG tank does what they're supposed to do hey Gigi dude rolls in top DPS damn thanks man that was awesome and for a couple of expansions there tanking and healing was a pretty serious job ads coming in all over to place lots of AOE battles and as the average age of the wild player kept getting higher and higher these people became more adults in their outside game life having less time to remain in groups or raids or guilds and such and such random encounters or pugging became the norm and people have anxiety about being the key roles like a tank or healer and it's just easier to be a DPS

There is one and only way to make M+ not toxic and that is to can M+ all together. M+ bay default is toxic and rewords toxic behavior. Like the hole point of m+ is to gut stuff done as fast as one can and do to that ppl that do m+ don't want there time wasted

for this expansion i’m trying to “actually” get into the game. i did my first mythic dungeon last night and had a great time so i’m so excited to be able to play a new expansion for the first time

They’ve tried so hard to not make a “cookie cutter” tree but all other options do less damage which causes cookie cutter trees

Overall PvP balance is looking pretty good this expansion so I’m excited to play it more too since it’s what I play the most already, but delves and some mythic + will be fun too

I'm genuinely curious, what do people consider toxic and what key levels are you experiencing it in? I only pug keys and throughout dragonflight I went from barely doing 10s to doing 29s and the amount of genuinely toxic players I got was less than 5% and I played a lot of M+ this expansion. Maybe I was blessed but I just don't know where all the negativity is at.
