Thanks for your nice comments, Robert. Yes, I do hope to be able to continue gaming for at least 30 more years. I found Star Citizen in november 2023 and have been playing it on and off since then. I have been looking for an immersive game where you can do different things and... sort of live there. I played Dual Universe for almost a year when it was in pre release, but unfortunately it did not hold up to my expectaions after that. A real pity since I really did enjoy the building part of that game. I am very tired of "Mideaval" type of games, but still enjoy Nightingale and Enschrouded as relaxation. With base building and more of a story, I do believe that Star Citizen could become "THE GAME" for me.... but right now I get really tired of getting stuck in elevators etc....

@martinkidjoemueller Hello, nice to get comments, but I must be honest. I do not currently play Starfield and I do not remember exactly where I got them from. I had lots of fun rebuilding ships though. Even after I got tired of the game it was still fun building and rebuilding ships. Good luck!

Well Starcitizen is often bugged and shooting doors... well I have done that to open a ship but never a hangar. Let's see what happens today....

@@sharkmother 😌 At some Outposts there are Gankers, but most of the time i did not encounter them. Avoid Shepards Rest, thats a plague. Maybe we meet each other in space. If so i would like to invite you to a refurbished water or a dead rat on a stick. 😉

Thanks, but as soon as I can get the Cutter out of the hangar I will try that first. I never bought the Aurora - it just showed up in my list when I started this Pyro 4.0 test.

Hello @john6138, thanks for the help. I will test again. I was expecting the test of 4.0 to be a test..... but NOT a test for opening doors. I also got stuck in an elevator when trying to leave the hangar. I asked for a repair and will try again. I really wanted to fly to Pyro.......

Well, when it comes to Nightingale, the wipe is quite welcome. Some things were not so good but the update seems like a huge improvement. Nightingale is a place for me to build a home and have fun while waiting for Star Citizen to be enjoyable again.... The games are so different so I think I might enjoy playing both at the same time.

Luckily there are upgrades now so you can change to other living quarters. :-)

Hello Bruce, Yes, I find that they are fun to fly. So far I am not into ship battles, so I don't intend on purchasing one.

Hello Bruce, I honestly have not even thought about upgrades. The 300i works just fine and I do not feel that anything needs upgrading. It takes me from point 1 to 2 in style and with packages if needed. 🙂

Yes, it's spacious and fun to fly. The view is not super but it handles like a much smaller ship. Really great! :-)

Thanks for your nice comment, Bruce! I am still having fun but all the talk about 3.23 raises the expectations quite a bit. Hmmm I have to learn about buying and selling, not that I had much money left after the purchase of the C2, but it is interesting. I tried salvage but did not find out how to sell the material I had salvaged and obviously I forgot to go into the vessel I was salvaging and get whatever was in there. Well .... there is still time to learn all that before the release of the game ;-)

Yes, the 300i is exactly what I need for my gameplay right now. I can take loot a few packages and it's fast and easy to land. Also easier to get into than the Cutter if the ground is uneven. :-)

Nice to hear that you married Sam. I look forward to playing again when Shattered Space is released. Right now I play Star Citizen Alpha instead. It is more difficult but fun since it's multiplayer.

I started a second game today. Cause I tried leaving sam to become starborn and I couldn't leave him. My second game she is going to be starborn and settled down at number 11. Fingers crossed I can marry sam but I will have to repeat the main story. Not going to romance anyone till my powers and armor is 10 as starborn

@@nikkiosborne1088 That sounds like a good idea. When I finally managed to marry Sam I could not leave. I also started a new game after that. Good luck becoming a powerful Starborn. 🙂

Thanks Bruce_Warren! I ended up purchasing the bigger brother of the 100i - the 300i.... well mostly because the interior is nicer and it can take more cargo. The 100i is a very good little ship.

@EminenceFrontX5, Well in SC you have to log out (go to sleep) in a city or a station of some king or a ship that has a bed. If you just log out where you are standing, you end up at the nearest city which can be far away from where you want to start your day. So if you have a ship without a bed you fly to a station/city and log out there, to wake up in a (hostel/hotel) bed when you log in the next time. For role playing I very much prefer going to bed and waking up in my own ship. 🙂

Now, I have to make a confession.... I have never fired a weapon in my 300i. I did shoot someone with my cutter but I have not had reason to shoot lately. How do you even fire missiles? I did not know I had missiles.......

Jag hade stora problem med buggar så jag gick vidare till NG+, tyckte det var buggigt igen så gick vidare och vidare. Det blev tråkigt så jag skapade en ny karaktär som bara spelar i grundspelet. Efter uppdateringar var de värsta buggarna borta, så rätt så kul. Mot slutet spelade jag mest för att bygga skepp och stationer. Nu spelar jag Star Citizen men tänker spela Starfield igen när Schatterad Space släpps.

Yes it would be interesting. I tried to find someone in a cave during my first weeks (december). I did not even find the cave so I gave up. Had fun looking for packages at an abandoned space station though. Not sure if I recorded that. I also tried mining during the free fly event but did not figure that out either...... Well... lots left to learn. So far I am mostly delivering packages and evicting criminals etc.

Sorry how could you. When i saw the advert for the 300 and saw the silhouette i instantly pledged. That was 2013-14. I have been flying that ship since pre-refit. it's my only ship and i now am attached to it.

Well @zerolegacy7821, the game costs 50-60EUR and then you make money in game to buy ships. To me 60 EUR is not too much for an Alpha game that is funcional and fun. I will not invest more of my own money. The rest for buying ships and struff is money I make in the game... and having fun while doing it.

It may never get finished, but I too paid for the basic pact, playing now and then.. the money I spend was well worth the time I spent having fun even when it's buggy, not like we are paying monthly to play. Spent more time in star citizen that most AAA games made from today.

@@sharkmother Fair enough, I can understand that. However, I would not call this game 'functional' I've played it for years and I can honestly say that the most consistant gameplay loop I've experienced is trying to work around the glitches and bugs the are ever present. Your approach is ideal though. Buy the game. At 60 EUR, I can see why it's cool but too many people get bedazzled by the game and shell out WAY too much money before they realize how broken it really is and by then, you're in. CIG will rarely (and I mean rarely) refund anyone.

@@NoobieLandCity There are plenty of games out there that provide (IMO) comparable, if not superior, gameplay along the same lines as SC. I'd recommend stepping away and looking into some. You might realize that what SC is vs what SC is trying to be are drastically different.

@@zerolegacy7821 Like what game? Elite dangerous, no man's sky, space engineer, starmade, X4 Foundations, Eve online... nothing come close to what star citizen want to to achieve and even with what we have currently. If so, list me or give me one game close to star citizen.

Thank you @Sams911. I look forward to being able to purchase a bigger ship in the future, but this one is really nice to fly and to look at. Right now I have not figure out what I like most in the game so small ships that take me from one point to another are the best right now...

What did you name your 600i?

Yes, I feel very comfortable in the 300i. Nice interior. I have not seen the inside of the 600i yet but like it too. Maybe I'll get one in the future... when I can afford it.

@@sharkmother I think you will like 600i once you can afford one, it is very capable ship if you are up to doing bounties like VHRT . It has high hp, has two size 3 shield generators and three size 5 weapons. Its a tanky ship. You can also put in ground vehicle in its cargo space as well.
