That first part with the poll vote was a mistake. I took that photo earlier and forgot to get rid of it. Also i Know its not Wednesday yet. But I figured making a video early.
You got a glitch, this glitch happens if you kill phase 1 and doing the secret at the same time, this causes her to skip phase 2, this glitch can be even weirder sometimes, if you do it a little bit later, then the backround will be messed up, anyway its just a bug that you need to kill phase 1 and do the secret at the same time

i had it too you killed phase 1 and at the same time activated the secret phase so the SKIP of phase 1 skipped phase 2
Oh thanks, I thought it was a bug.
Source on Reddit: Its a secret phase for Sally StagePlay when you stand on both angel platforms in the 1st phase which makes the chandelier fall on the husband and Sally gets sent to a nunnery. (There are 2 other bosses with secret phases, 1 in Isle 1 & 1 in Isle 2), There is 1 in The Root Pack where you don't shoot the onion and the other is in Djimmi where you hold shrink after you finished the sarcophagus phase.
