The capture card you bought has MS2130 chip which supports uncompressed YUV format for upto 1080p 60fps capture. The capture card you are claiming the same and showing is cheaper has MS2109 chip which only supports 1080p 30fps captures that too in highly compressed MJPEG format. The only other comparable capture card which is cheaper is the pibox "upgraded gen 3" that sells for 900.
