What are the pros and cons you’ve found when teaching music grades? ⬇️⬇️
sounds crazy to me that anyone would have an upcoming student and know literally nothing about them. it is 2025 we have telephones.
@@TheDantheman12121 it’s a good point. A lot of the time, you get an idea of age and what they say their ability level is. However, what they say over the phone or through a booking form often tends to be different to their skill level when I sit down for the taster lesson (in my experience). That’s what a taster lesson is for anyway, it’s more of a consultation to get an idea of where their current progress is and how I can help.
Do you have any examples of what those lesson plans would look like ?
