The Battle of Beacon Hill 2023
On the 19th and 20th of August 2023 a Brave but foolhardy band of French combatants took control of our Fort. Fortunately that same weekend camped at the Harwich Redoubt less than a mile away an even braver band of British warriors were able and willing to come to our rescue. A massive thank you to all concerned for making our first joint reenactment weekend a success, looking forward to next year

Our Story of 12 hours in the Queue. There are somethings in life you can't explain, A compulsion to do something against your better judgement, We knew before we went the trains were delayed, we were told the que was 9 hours ( OH NO IT WASNT. Both of us are so unfit we can barely run up stairs without collapsing. But we had to go. (We nearly didn't make it) 2 days later still aching but so hono...
