I am RYT500 and personal trainer certified. This channel is dedicated to all the parts of yoga and movement. While this was originally designed to provided others with only the asana (movement) part of the yoga practice; I hope to over time develop the channel to help others discover and/or explore all the facets of their yoga practice. This ultimately will include: movement, meditation, diet, exploration of the self, exploration of our relationships with others and anything up that might come up in my life and in your life. If there is anything that you would like for me to try and explore or you would just like a sounding board please feel free to reach out. This quick video is a great stretch for your neck, shoulders, wrist, and back for anybody sitting at a desk or in a chair all day. Please enjoy.
