True but not correct in this case. I ride, and trigger these lights all the time on my bike. He crossed 6 lanes to get away from me. It's a small community so I will see him again, like the other day on a different bike. We are installing dash cams in our trucks because of idiots like him. The lady coming up the hill was halfway into ditch to avoid him, I talked to her later that day.

You'd laugh your ass off at some of the people the give licenses to here. I'd love to get in one of those trains to check them out in action!

Absolutely, for almost 16 years now.. I used to forrest survey with her, she kept many bears, moose, and other critters from messing with me.

You could have read description at the very least. Many folks refuse to spend money on safety, But too proud to take the skihill busses. Most of these folks will spend thousands on Chalet rental for a weekend, but not on the tires vehicles that their family are traveling up in. Then when they pass the chain up areas they slide out and block hundreds of vehicles for hours. Brand doesn't really matter, it's the quality of tires needed, proper winters with compounds that are meant for the conditions/temperatures, studded is a bonus but not absolutly necessary. All seasons are okay for a wide spectrum of conditions, not great in anything A 100 pound of weight in the back also helps, Alot of these cars(used) are now being purchased second hand by folks that are just able to buy them, and not able to replace the old worn allseasons that are on car already. The cars with proper tires, can be fantastic, but without, people think that AWD/4WD will make up for this lacking. People purchase the cars based on awesome commercials, and hardly read the fine print. If folks can afford the lift passes and chalet rentals($900-2000per night), then they can afford winter tire every 4 years. If they cannot, they can easily leave the cars safe at bottom on mountain in parking and ride up with others, or take the super safe buses that run every half hour. I like to razz the Subaru Crew and the Rav4 Force because they can be worst offenders, but I give everyone the same earfull is when they show up without proper basic safety requirements regardless of vehicle. Even a cheap car with good tires, is better than a fancy pricey car with allseason. We have a motley crew of kids that show up in shitboxes, one is even an old crown victoria. They all have good tire or chain up right away and they rip around having the time of there lives, without causing problems and providing great entertainment. The slide shaft itself isn't too bad to get to, it's the second little u-joint on the inside, right at the crankshaft that can be a pain.

@heelerhealer7552 I get it I've greased those many a time on a pow truck. If there's room you can put a 45 in some of them to make you life a bit easier.

@@jasonswingle1880Yup, sometimes even one tiny upgraded nipple here and there can definately make a difference when greasing so many, in crappy winter conditions on our bobcats, loaders and groomers.

Absolutely. always up for a swim and a ripp with the crew. The dogs love the chasing racers and find the drone when I clip a tree lol
