CHAIR PILATES 30-Minute Workout STRENGTHEN CORE, IMPROVE BALANCE, STRETCH THE BACK OF THE BODY
Hello and welcome! In this 30-minute CHAIR PILATES workout, we'll strengthen the CORE muscles, improve functional balance, and lengthen the entire posterior chain of the body. Our warm-up consists of standing footwork and then we'll move into some single leg squats, stretching, side lying oblique work, 2 challenging inverted-V variations, and some more lengthening. It's always a treat to end a workout with some final full body stretches.

Do you have the video that you demo the pilates breathing and at same time doing the exercise. With yoga you breathe in ie: half lift flat back then fold exhale. Thanks. I find it hard to breathe thoracic way. Can you give an easy way to do it? Thanks.
May I ask if you breathe this way all the time?
Technically, it's possible to breathe in this fashion anytime you are not sleeping. Belly breathing can be very useful for calming the nervous system and ramping down the body. I often like to incorporate a belly breath or two in a pilates workout as a reset, but we focus on thoracodiaphragmatic breathing the majority of the time in order to strengthen the deeper core muscles while breathing.
I have the opportunity to rent a room. I'm having a hard time finding resources to make sure I do this legitimately. Do I need a business license? LLC? I know I need insurance. Do you know of a resource for me to figure this out?
Personally, I have an LLC and work within the guidelines of my physical therapy license. At a minimum, please make sure that you have thorough consent forms and that every single client completes one before you work with them.
I am having a hard time finding a insurance policy to allow me to bring clients into my home. I live in Florida and insurance companies are not writing policies to allow clients for a home based business. I have a studio and no insurance!!!! What do you do?

Your advanced and beginner exercises are actually the same, just FYI thanks
They are a progression from a professional therapeutic perspective. In other words, different levels of the same or similar exercises. This is a safe and beneficial way to build strength, flexibility, coordination, etc.
