As someone in the repair trade it would be good to hear the various compliance issues that operators are facing with the law, too many people think itll never happen to them or its we are over reacting and scaremongering when issues are brought up.

I have driven for BM Transport under an agency. I passed my artic test and it was my first shift 5am Holyhead to Coventry and back. The trucks excite you, the colour scheme is incredible. Hoping to work for them again and would work for them independently. Would love my own truck with them and it’s sooo refreshing to watch a company just as passionate about the Lorrie’s as they are getting the work in. Such a catchy, attractive theme!!

The problem is the shipper is not paying a proper rate. Or the operator has undercut a competitor to get the work. A lot of poor rates offered by shipper's plus holding up trucks when loading. It's a stupid mistake to continue driving when tired as you're just going to draw attention to yourself. I'd say the driver was being forced to keep going in this case. IMO

Not all Consultnts are clowns. Even some so called Specialist companies like yours are Clowns. I have been a consultant for 30 years. have a great name with the OTC. Never had a legal issue ever. I do things the right way or i walk away. Please choose your words carefully.
