I definitely understand this! My debt from grad school times is truly something LOL I just can't live/budget with cash envelopes but there are definitely apps I use to track it!

Great question! Sometimes both. If I'm using an affirmation I've seen before or a quote, then I'll use quotation marks. Otherwise, I write my own based on life, what I'm dealing with, etc.
