how do you get multiple riders?
In Settings>Riders in the side panel there is an option to set up to 6 riders.

Pocket Edition is a branch of minecraft bedrock editon, which does not support mods. sorry

How do i get power though because i need a compressor to make most of those items but to make the compressor you need energy
You can make a coal generator with basic materials to get power for other things.

You have to make the sled and the rider line up right on top of eachother. It's super hard and I have only ever done it by accident. :)
