as a metalhead i love instead and i am also a kopop stan. I just got in listening to metal music and instead is not too much screaming cuz death metal, black metal, dark metal and deathcore has too much screaming, more vocal frying, pig squeals which are more worst cuz they don't sing anymore the lyrics, they just scream and vocal fry it which is really overwhelming.

I don't know my favorite song is as we are, i don't know if you are a stay, but many liked it because of the story behind it which is very touching and meaningful to Seungmin, so what you mention as a "cheerful" has a great meaning in it, i personally liked all the songs so i respect your opinion.

For me it's the opposite. U sounds very forgettable to me is a good enough song but it doesn't sound like Stray Kids to me. It might grow on me. Hallucinating and Railway are my favorites with Ultra as my third but I really like walking on water and bounceback is really good especially if you read the lyrics.

Agree with you about Hyunjin’s solo. He’s my boy out of all Stray Kids so I was a bit bummed to hear his solo. He sounds awesome of course, but the tune was too bland. I think the label should have done more to guide the less experienced songwriters polish up their material. The ones with the most experience (BC, Han, CB) ended up with the better solos.

most of your points are literally the same with me except for no escape i seem don't get distracted by the beep sound and still can enjoy the song but for night poem i totally agree with you this song could be one of my top 5 only if they remove the cringey rap parts, the radio sound like bridge on YOU too i also don't like this i was having hard time to decide what's on my top 5 but bcs i like the rest of the song (except for that radio part) so i put it onto 4th place. my top 5 is heavenly, i hate fruits, wiwy, you and no escape. the top 3 genres are literally my favorite so i enjoy them so much. lastly for best of me idk why but the chorus part sounds boring to me bcs the melody is literally flat but the bgm is interesting

I think this group would do great with a sound like SF9, but would debut with the song Valkyrie (ONEUS).
