이식당의 추어탕은 밀물고기들로 만든 국물이 많은 특유의 청도추어탕입니다. 강추입니다.

볼일떔에 청도에 들렀다가 오래전에 먹었된 청도추어탕 맛이 생각나서 찾다가 주차장이 있어서 우연히 들린 식당 (청도 시골추어탕)이었는데, 너무 맜있어서 이번에도 들러서 추어탕 먹고 왔습니다.

60 years long traditional handmade Kalguksu (chopped noodles) restaurant located in the Semyun market in Busan (S. Korea). Differently from other restaurants, it uses glass noodle which makes taste way better. Kkaddugi (Radish Gimchi) goes really well with Kalguksu. Master cook (Grandmother in the video, Owner) insists on same recipe for long period of time. This restaurant used to be my MUST-GO restaurant whenever I was in Busan for years.

부산 서면시장내 60년 전통의 손칼국수 식당 (자야집 : 051-802-4167). 여타 칼국수와는 다르게 당면을 넣어주며 그맛이 독특하고 일품임. 할머니 (영상속 사장님)께서 직접 담그신 깍뚜기 맛도 뛰어나고 칼국수의 맛을 배가 시켜줌.

Gwanggook (Stew made of assorted pancakes and fishes), which is traditional food southern part of Korea (Busan, Ulsan area) used to enjoy. Cooked at home ! It was really good !

부산울산에서 명절음식으로 즐겨 만들어 먹었던 추억의 광국 (모듬전, 생선등을 넣어서 끓인 찌개의 일종)을 집에서 만들어 먹었는데 맛이 최고였슴

부산 남포동 자갈치시장 근처 양곱창식당가에서 괜찮을거라는 느낌만으로 들어간 양곱창구이 점문점 (남포 양곱창: 051-255-1350). 대만족이었습니다! 손님들 중에는 일본분들이 많았고, 특히 옆자리의 일본 대가족분들 (단골손님이시라고함)께서 즐겁게 드시는 모습이 흥미로왔습니다. 나의 맛집 List에 등록함😊

저가 발견한 맛집 육전밀면 식당 (창원 상남동) 입니다. 무더운 더위엔 육전밀면이 최고 !

I would say that this restaurant is really comparable to top물회 restaurants in Pohang which is known as home city of 물회, in terms of tasty, quality and quantity. Side dishes as well !

I went to this restaurant two times in a row (last week and this week) and enjoyed 물회 (Water raw fish : Raw fish + cool water + ice cube). It really hit the spot !

I happened to find this rice cake stand in the department store. It was very interesting, very skillful and clean process. It was so delicious ! Later, I got to know that it is brand rice cake in Korea.
