The 2DS XL is cool but, it’s just too small and kinda uncomfortable to hold. I have medium sized hands. The 3DS XL feels so much better to hold and very comfortable. Feels like a quality product as well, the 2DS XL feels so cheap, especially for the prices they’re listed for these days. To each their own tho 😁
If you have larger hands then I'd definitely recommend the new 3ds xl because it's much taller and more comfortable to hold with larger hands, but it's probably just me who thinks that.
The 2dsxl looks great, but the build quality is very cheap. The new 3dsxl is better build !
Yeah, I guess, but it's totally fine if you take good care of it :) plus you could get a cover for it to protect it in case you drop it. All products these days look be built cheaper due to the environmental impact. It's still built pretty well.
i owned a new 3ds xl and never used a new 2ds xl

I am not sure what I'm supposed to comment. I simply google searched for 2 of the handhelds next to each other and the one used looked nice and fun to me. I'm not really experienced as you can clearly see from the video. Just sharing my opinion and info I know hopefully help someone interested purchasing this console.
