This game is much easier if you play on Expert controls. The control style you’re using makes the plane much more difficult to dogfight in because you have much less control while upside down. It takes a while to get used to but when you do, you’ll have a much better time if you learn them. Also, the MIG-31 Foxhound is NOT a dogfighter, it’s an interceptor
