Love the memories you’re creating with her! 💕
Such a beautiful card. Everything about it is so lovely. Thank you for those tips on putting the flower together! You made it look so, so seamless. I'm not all set to do the four cards from your videos. Thanks a million!
What an absolutely beautiful video filled with the most gorgeous cards I've ever seen. I wanted to do more with my Peony set and was very happy to come to your site for tips and techniques. I'm so happy to be a subscriber!! Thank you very much for doing these for us.
You’re so welcome! I’m glad you like the video and that it has given you some inspiration.

Love this card. My Christmas theme for next year (2025). 😃is Santa. I've had 2 packages of this paper just waiting to be used. So, now is the time! However, I can't seem to find the measurements at the end of your video. Maybe I'm not looking in the correct place?
Cute! I love little houses. Does the bundle come with dies too or just the punch?
@@MargueriteAtHome at this time there is only the punch!
Thanks for your comment!
P.S. For those with old (ie., HARD) red rubber stamps, someone responded to me a couple years ago regarding my old stiff stamps and suggested a product that OFF-SET PRINTERS use(d?) to maintain the rubber rollers on their presses. Something called "PINK LADY". Don't know if that was the BRAND? Or the product designation for an item by some brand? I didn't follow through, as I got busy with "the next thing" in my stash. Let me / us know if any of YOU have a similar solution, or if you've used such a product ... please? And thank you!
Love the wreath idea! Super cute! 😊
Thank you!! 😊I love wreaths too!
I love this! Thanks for sharing!
You are so welcome!
Beautiful card as always!
Thanks Cynthia! I appreciate your kind comment!
Cute card 😮 Not sure how to make the template.
Pauline, punch 2 houses then tape together at the top.
@@jeannielrainey-clearimpres4462 thank you 😊
Love the card. Thanks for Sharing!
Hahaha...love the card...is a very versatile bundle...from tags to cards of all sorts...happy creating...cheers.
Thank you for this video instruction. One question: instead of putting the extra sticky tape down after the removal off the block, can you use chapstick to adhere to the clear block?
Honestly I’ve never tried that, but I’ve heard others say it works. I thinks it’s worth a try, and if it doesn’t then look into getting the cling sticky sheets.
@@jeannielrainey-clearimpres4462 I was just finishing cutting the sticker to place on the stamp when you replied. I tried the chapstick and it worked great. Thanks again for the video. I will have more space very soon 🙂
@@juliecruse8029 Wouldn't the Chapstick allow the stamp to slide!?!
@@amkarei No. Sometimes it does slide if you put too much on the stamp. Just use a little, enough to have it stick. You may have to play with amount depending on size and if it is curled a little as older stamps do. I have some that are almost 25 years old and it works great. I learned this trick quite a few years ago. You need to wipe your block and back of stamp after use.
@@juliecruse8029 THANK YOU for your response. I'll have to try that. Be well!
Could you please tell me what do I buy for the cling material?
www.stampinup.com/products/cling-adhesive
Where can I buy the cling adhesive and what exactly is it called?
Not sure if they are still available, Stampin’ Up! Has had the cling material for sale in the Online Exclusive section item #152452. If you are not a demonstrator you can find it on my website jeannierainey.stampinup.net. You can also buy the empty Stamp Cases for sale item #119105 there too.

Interesting! Mine didn’t come with the brayer. Very creative! 😮
The Brayer is sold separately.
Wow! How serendipitous that I stumbled across this video today. Just last week I bought a set of old but unused Stampin’ Up rubber stamps. They’re with their wooden blocks in the container but not yet adhered to them. This is a wonderful solution!!! Thank you so much. Blessings to you! 😊
There's someone else here on y.t. that came up with a way to use her unmounted red rubber stamps -- AS IS !! -- BUT first applying (I THINK!) a THIN version of something akin to a gelli plate. If anyone else knows whereof I speak, could you add a link somewhere here, so I (and maybe others) could revisit it? It was just dumbfoundingly clever of her to have come up with idea, and, regrettably, I didn't "take good notes"!!
P.S.: You c o u l d do away with the blocks completely, and store a n o t h e r set of stamps in the same case. Just an idea ...
I did this a few years ago. I too am a stamp hoarder. 😬
Great minds think alike! 😉
Great idea for the red rubber stamps!! And, a great solution for the 'clear' stamp labels that don't stick to the acrylic block. So, Stampin' Up offered a Cling Adhesive...well that stuck to my acrylic blocks or the inside of the stamp box, but not the stamp lablels. Sheesh! Thank you for sharing this great solution for both!
Betty, you are so welcome! Thanks for your comment!
I have converted my favorite cling stamps to wooden stamps. I waffle back and forth.
lol, I guess it all depends on the space you have to store them.
Red Rubber DOES give a much more reliable image, but I'm too timid to trust in that thought each time I go to use a stamp!
Brilliant!
Thank you!
Thanks Marise!
A pallet knife works well to pry them loose.
Save your old CD cases. Perfect for cling stamps
I AGREE !! I've been buying cases to put my stamps into as I invest in them -- especially the silicone ones !! -- as once they spend A N Y time in a position other than f l a t they will forever have that contorted shape!! Much as I'd love to have the more expensive versions, I DO really like some of the designs of some of the cheaper ones.
Thank you for sharing this so concisely and easily
You’re welcome! Thank you for your kind comment!
Thanks for the great tips!!!

Beautiful cards!
Thank you!
Great tips! Thank you. I purchased pre-owned Stampin up rubber stamps. I would like to convert them to cling just as you did. My purchase came with a lot of of Justrite rubber stamps but without the stamper. Each of the rubber stamp has grooves at the back. I like to attach a foam to make it flat. Could you recommend a type of/ brand of foam that I could use for stamps? The cling that you used in this video, it’s a gel type stamp that you could use as stamps or it’s just plain cling/ tape to convert stamps? Any recommendation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your techniques in a clear and concise manner.

Hope that link helps, you may need to double for a thicker foam between.
@@jeannielrainey-clearimpres4462 oooh. Thank you very much! Yes, this helps a lot. Thanks for the rescue!
Please turn off the music while you explain the process!
Perhaps you can turn down the volume and turn on the “closed captions” to read the words I am saying.
In other words, simply mute the speaker and turn on subtitles.
I have done this to at least 30 stamp sets so far. I am able to store all my stamps together now. And it will also help me stamp without the stamp a ma jig. Most of my stamp sets were made between 1995 and 2014. I really like these older stamps and use a Scan N Cut to fussy cut my stamped images. Thanks for sharing this info. I have used the Tombow glue to re-stick the stamps. And I found some great clear envelopes to store my sets in. I also found some clear bins to hold the stamp sets. I am so excited to have all my stamps in one space and only taking up a few shelves instead of the space they needed in containers. I truly love Stampin' Up products. I will try the stickers too.
Thank you for your comments. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. I must have had 20 boxes that I converted to a fraction of the storage space. Happy stamping and God Bless you!
Thank you so much. Ill follow your ideas for my wood mounts.
Those gadgets are very cool. I'm old school. I love using a knife, to chop, dice, slice, and mince. Great video! :D btw, this is Sara Scoles. ;)
Thanks Sara!
Thank you!!! So helpful!!!
You are so welcome!
I did this on over 500 wood blocks and after a few years they began to warp as in curl up. So I left another 1000+ on the blocks.
Oh no, I haven’t had that issue. I wonder if it has to do with the weather where you live, perhaps humidity or dryness? 🤷♀️ sorry that happened. I leave the rubber in the middle between the red rubber and the sticker, could that be something perhaps?
Brilliant!!!🥰🥰🥰
ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL
I agree, and had to figure out how to use both sides on most of them!

LOVE THIS PAPER. CUTE CARDS
Thank you Becki! Me too!
Can the cling strip material be purchased somewhere. I don't have any leftover.
www.stampinup.com/products/cling-adhesive
It might still be available here.
I have a question. I have so many wood stamps from years past. I have not started buying new Stampin Up stamps so I do not have any of the sticky tape to put on the back of the stamps after I removed them from the wood. Is there anywhere that you can buy some of this paper so that it's possible to convert all these stamps? And, if there is any of that sticky paper out there, is there any ideas about what to stick the stamps too to store them until they are needed? I need to clean out a closet that is just crammed with these stamps so would appreciate any help.
Sheri Stampin’ Up! does have the cling material for sale in the Online Exclusive section item #152452. If you are not a demonstrator you can find it on my website jeannierainey.stampinup.net. You can also buy the empty Stamp Cases for sale item #119105 there too.
Super idea! TFS!
You’re welcome, thanks for your comment! 😁
As others have said Jeannie, this is such a good video - concise but including everything we need to know. May I ask a question about the foam/rubber in between the stamp and the wood? I have wondered about peeling the stamp off then putting it on another piece of foam/rubber as some people recommend this, but maybe I don't need to? It's quite expensive too! Stay safe & be well - waving from across the pond🙂
Ruth, thank you for your kind words! Years ago I had found some of the foam you spoke of, meant to replace the foam in between the red rubber and the sticker. But I found that I didn’t really need it for most of the stamps. Although a couple times when I wasn’t careful, I did damage the foam in between. I’ll try to find where I got it and get back with you with the information.
I’m sorry after re-reading your comment, I see you don’t need the info regarding the foam. I think the only time I used it was for Non-Stampin Up stamps.
This is brilliant Jeannie, especially the wonderful tip about using the excess bits from newer sets we might have!
Thank you Kari!

Thank you for the brilliant idea!!! Love the card!
So glad you like it, thanks for your comment!
Thanks for this video. I've been scared to try & remove the wood mount stamps, but with your instruction, I think I can do it! Thanks for sharing your knowledge! ❤
You’re welcome, I’m glad that the video was helpful to you!
CAVEAT: DO remember that every MICROWAVE is DIFFERENT as to how much energy they'll put out at any given setting!
Thanks...this was very helpful. I have a lot of the old wooden ones and this looks like a great way to convert them over to cling mount. Cheers from Ontario, Canada
Thanks for your kind comment! I turned 20 boxes of stamps into “1”, saved so much storage space! Be blessed!
Wonderful card, thanks for sharing❤
Thank you Sandra for your kind words. I hope it has inspired you to make one too!
