It does get a bit noisy if I don't clean it and oil the bushing in the future I'm thinking about putting my 212 on it with the manual clutch

​@@jasonford1978 Sounds good. I cleaned and oiled the Hilliard and it was still noisy. I like the torque converter much better and the fact I don't need to shift but that's just me. I'm thinking about getting an AT. Thanks.

Yeah mine was pouring gas when I got it and both the axles were bent along with the rear sprocket being ⅛ of an inch off not running true

I'm not sure I think it's like around 255mm

Red kote sealer is what I used to fix mine

Yeah I had some trouble figuring out the audio in some of my videos.....talking will be really quiet but the rides are super loud

I think I was getting close to the same with the 44 tooth

I'm planning on a 212 I have eventually once this engine goes so far I've had this one up to 41 mph it's running pretty good still even after 1500 miles on it

None it ran great without issue until that engine shot craps

No problem...one thing I had to do to the new carburetor was swap the throttle return spring off the stock carburetor the new one doesn't come with one

I didn't get mine on sale and it's the limited edition as well....either way it was much more than it was worth

All white was a bit much for me but 2 Yellow and 2 white work perfectly for my application

That's what I got they sent me a can of por 15 which didn't fix it I had to get a can of red kote

I've hit 41 on this one but I had the wind pushing me but on the flat I'm able to hit 37

Govoner bypass risky puts stress on engine. 44 TOOTH SPROKET IS ALL YOU NEED

@@royglover415 I have a 40t on mine still climes well, but I think the 19 is geared a little lower then the years that followed

I do have the governor bypassed I just think the 40 tooth sprocket is just a little too tall for it probably going back to the 44 soon

Would it help to just eliminate the governor, so can't blow motor?

All they done was send me a free can of por-15 tank sealer which didn't work I had to purchase a can of red kote sealer which is what I would recommend just follow the directions on the can and give it a couple extra days to cure then you should be good to go

Well, that is un acceptable to me. I just bought the 2024 bike and you would think the leaking problem would have been taking care of it by now on all the new models. They should have given you a new bike instead. Thank you for your response.

Yeah they burnt me.there and the other issues I had was the rear sprocket wasn't running true my chain would go from so loose it was about to fall off to so tight it was about to snap and both front and rear axles was bent then I also purchased the limited edition that came with the accessories which took nearly a month after the bike came to get and that was after having to call the crappy customer service reps I know in the future if I ever but another bike from them the things to check and the tank will be sealed before I even assemble it right out of the box one would think as much as these things cost there would be some sort of quality control but basically all they do is purchase them in bulk from China then sell them for 3 times what they get them for and all the accessories they offer are also just cheap Chinese junk you can get off Amazon for just a fraction of the price they chareg

I got them from Amazon they have a bunch of different ones I had to customize the mount to make it work

Just make.surw the tank is clean and dry and let the sealer cure for a few days before putting gas back in the tank

The 2023 all terrain has vents already made into the cover as well as spacers between the cover and the crank case to allow for better air flow

Mine were straight

I'm going to have to replace the engine on this one I was able to get the head and cylinder off but the connecting rod is rusted solid to the crankshaft

With this 40 tooth sprocket I'm running I'm able to hit 38 mph top but I usually try and keep it around 30 mph it runs really smoothe there

Hope you have a great experience with yours I got mine back in June and just now staring to get all the little issues fixed

Jonathan, I’m in the same boat as you, with mine arriving maybe a month ago or so. Just recently had time to put everything together except for mounting the engine. How did everything go with yours? I had to fix a fuel leak and change the rear sprocket but after that it's been great

I was thinking about getting a bell reducer to step up the pipe size to ¾" and put a bigger muffler on it and see how that does

This one has had its little issues bur I think I have it doing about all it will I need to get a new jug and put on it the one I got looks as if someone over ported the exhaust then returned it

That's just one of the many I run at work makes it easy to get hard to find parts all I have to do is talk with our engineers and have them make a symbol file and then cut it and then run it through all the other processes

I'll give it a try I was thinking about stepping up to a ¾" thread muffler to get a little deeper sound and better flow but I will give that a shot I've seen a few of your videos and I think I even subscribed to your channel you have some nice places to get out and ride

My exhaust pipe came with a funnel piece. It's louder then stock sounds good but a little to loud for my liking. The muffler was to quiet so I decided to punch a hole straight through it. So it not as loud as the funnel a straight pipe and not as quiet as stock. I think it sounds good. I live a hour from any big city like Cincinnati or Indianapolis all country around me.

That's how it goes sometimes you get a dud ... now that everything is fixed I love this thing great bike

Exhaust is definitely worth it just to get it fro. blowing in your face while your riding and the air fuel mixture screw along with the bigger jets help smooth it out and picks up a bit of mid range power

I got the exhaust from Amazon and the carburetor from phatmoto as far as the sprocket it stayed tight it just had ⅛ inch of difference from one side to the other the chain would go from so loose ir was almost falling off to so tight it was about to snap

​@jasonford1978 44t sprocket? Same engine that came with bike just added the upgrades?

The 44 tooth sprocket that came with it was not running true so I bought a 40 tooth sprocket and put on it and probably in the next week or 2 I'm going to replace the sprocket on the clutch and go with a little heavier spring in the clutch and that should get me over 40mph

I'm running a 64 jet with the needle clip in the middle and the carb is the NT speed with the larger slide in it

My gas leak was straight from the factory I believe they should put the sealer in them before sending them out it would save a lot of trouble and headache and sealer before first gas is a great idea that way you know your not going to have any surprises like I did .....the gearing I went with was a 40 tooth sprocket in the near future I'm going to change up the sprocket on the clutch and change out my clutch springs to get a few hundred more ram before it engages to really get a good launch and hopefully get it to hit 40+ mph

Most definitely I'm slowly getting all the riding gear I've hit the road at 45mph once hurt like hell and I was lucky to only have the banged up knee and elbow along with the road rash don't want to do it again any time soon but if it does happen I want to have everything covered I'm getting too old to recover as quickly as I did when I was younger

It's already done my friend didn't have a choice I tried to get them to warranty the frame but all they done was send me the sealer it's actually holding up pretty well I've put a little over 300 miles on the motor since then

I hear ya there I tried to get them to warranty the frame which was leaking gas and all they done was send a can of cheap gas tank sealer which did fix the problem but you would think that as much as these things cost you shouldn't have to do a bunch of extra work on a brand new bike as soon as you get it

Just buy an American made Bike wait you cant because the USA dosent make crap anymore..lol

Probably here in a few months I'm going to be buying a new motorcycle and trying it out
