Cool arrangement. It’s jazz though, no need to conduct everything.
Well, considering this more of an orchestra than a jazz band, conductors from that area will more than likely conduct everything, whereas a jazz conductor mostly cues solos/big stings/or tempo when it changes. In jazz band, tempo is really led by rhythm section
