I see you don't have the fenders on your trike. Did you happen to change the tires? And what tire size are they? and if so, how does it ride. I heard they might have a bit of vibration at certain speeds. Sorry about the questions. I have one but haven't taken out as of yet. Its been pretty cold here lately. Thanks in advance..

Did you have any issues with the rear wheels being unbalanced? I just got mine, and she's got a lot of kick. But the vibration is a bit unnerving.....

On the front side door lock It turns out that hole with that weird looking turtle-shaped thingy is where you're supposed to put pics to hold the spring from loading back!! So if you hold the spring with a pic you can easily remove the ball from the position!!! Oh yeah and all I did was just open up a can of man and did not remove The ridges because it gives it a better grip. I just put the cable on there and the new holder then pulled it holds like a champ.

Dremel zip ties after you cut them to eliminate sharp ends.

Do you need wheel spacers to fit those tires?

I would have changed the shocks while I was in there.

By doing that is trike faster than 32 mph

Could you have removed the floor pan to cut the frame on a more straight run so you wouldn't have to angle a weld to accommodate the angle of the frame?

Just for info!! :) The instruction sheets for EVERYTHING are on the Internet in PDF Format. The only trick is to use the item's "Part Number" when searching and add "PDF" to the search terms. Often the on-line instructions are better and more updated too ...

I wish I had thought of this before I installed an overhead gauge pod on my G9! I ran the gauge cable inside the windshield strut to conceal it as much as possible. I've been trying to think of a way to get my cart in a covered trailer though, and you just made it look simple! Now, maybe I'll have to re-run my gauge cable so I can copy you!

The point you make about opening the throttle all the way, then removing slack from cable, is exactly correct. That's what I needed to hear. Thanks. This is very helpful.

Will the 3” work on the front and back?

Well when the silencer and baffle fell out I was losing a lot of compression. In the end it caused my bike to have low bottom end. But my high end went up. At least when I was able to get up to speed.

I removed the cluster pretty much as you di. The three screws almost full out. There doesn't seem to be a threaded hole or pal nut for them to attach to. Any one have an idea what I am talking about? Thank you.

Hey C&Q, I bought this same kit for my ‘03 E450, but Ford uses a M20 bolt so the 3/4 thread Extenders don’t fit as you noted. I’m concerned that the smaller dia. 3/4” stud will wear the knuckle spindle oblong. Thoughts? I’m having trouble finding a longer M20 partial thread bolt at 230mm+.

Yes I did the same idea but I wrapped the bottom frame with a pool noddle then secured it down and that pool noodle halos to raise the seat and seat it back farther in the kayak and gives you even a softer seat ride !! Seat feels great after 8 hours of fishing !!!
