      If you think proteins are closer to determining phenotype than RNA, wait til you discover metabolomics. You just can’t really use fluorescence for small molecules. Oops @akoya

    Thank you for the helpful tutorial. Is there a way to access the tissue category areas, once you have only trained a tissue segmenter and only exported the tissue segmentation, without the cell segmentation?

    Hi i just wanted to ask whether other gypes than ffpe types of fixated tissues can be used with your kits. Can one also stain cells which were cultured in vitro and fixed with pfa??? Thanks a lot in advance.

      Hi David, my understanding is that the denaturing procedure that us used to strip antibodies is going to kill many of the native epitopes, so in theory it's possible to use cells etc, but only if your antibodies are targeting epitopes that survive heating.
