sir i want to clean myself. my thoughts are interrupting. so i cant to tell this sir.what is my problem sir. so many times I try this. I am failed 😢

I just started with your morning session which is @5 am Dubai timing. But within 2 sessions i have thrown my emotional baggage away which i was carrying for more than one year. Now absolutely free from emotional baggage and i stay happy all the time. Yes i cried in 2 sessions and with tears that emotional baggage gone away and now no more tears just attending with positive energy and feels daily like a golden moment to connect with divine presence. Thank you so much. I wants to attend evening session as well but i am at work that time so just attending morning 5 am session. Thank you Rajiv ji ❤

Sir i was practicing the technique but on my own and wrongly so it wasnt yielding desired results। I joined your zoom group yesterday। During yesterday session tears rolled down my cheeks and i felt light। Today i was yawning a lot and you pointed that its a kind of release। Also i realised the loop i was in has burst, the painful memories that were haunting me since years now i am unable to recall। I am grateful and i am sincerely following this ritual with you to close the past and release the trauma and forgive some ppl 🙏
