It sits among the 10 best European judo clubs and has promoted athletes at European and Greek level.
The purpose of this channel is the promotion of judo and its techniques as well as highlighting the positive elements of this noble sport.
This sport can offer all ages not only physical and mental improvement but also contribute to the positive formation of character. In judo you either win or learn, but you never lose.

Brilliant. Found usefull the ko uchi gari made forward when uke has the high grip on the collar. Normally I don’t know waht to do in that position, now I have an alternative!!
