Atlas and Lily
"Are you happy?"
A simple question that carries the weight of true love. When Atlas asks Lily this, it reflects more than just concern - it shows the purest form of love, where someone's happiness matters more than anything else. Sometimes the deepest love is shown not in grand gestures, but in caring enough to ask the hard questions.

Wow, Good, Movie to watch, ✨ 🌟 Very Interesting, 💫
I'm so sad for Ryle...if only he gave his trust to Lily everything will be alright 😭😭😭
@nildaubani2436 I don't think it's about the trust but more the way he handled it no one in his place would have trusted lily but he was wrong when he tried to r"pe her and when he shoved her down the stairs and lied to her about it
It's true, trust is such a key part of their story 💙
This lily is just 🤮 acting emotion dressing sense 🤢🤢🤮

I wana watch this and Liam is gorgeous.

Why? 🙂
What do you mean??
Did we just see Hasan Minhaj over there?
Yup
ryle is an abuser but tbh she wasnt particularly a green flag during their relationship either if i was in his shoes and my partner kept these things from me i would lose my mind too and lose my trust in them im not justifying his acts + considering jis abuse started before her suspicious acts but later on i feel like she did play a role in it but im glad that she left him in in the end and went to atlast who respected and protected her from the beginning and never judged her but did everything to keep her happy
The movie shows no one is perfect in relationships. Ryle is clearly abusive, but Lily made mistakes too. In the end, what matters is she was brave to leave and find something better. Atlas proves there are people who can accept and love us without judging. This story makes us think about our own love choices
@Zap.Scenes true but let's not forget that atlas already knew these things while Ryle was constantly kept in the dark and even when he asked he was lied to so I completely understand why he stopped trusting her I would too and let's not forget how she laughed at him but he stopped being the victim once he hit her
This story shows a harsh truth: it's not our past that defines us, but our choices in the present. Atlas and Ryle faced similar challenges with Lily. Atlas chose understanding and respect. Ryle chose violence and control. This proves wrong the idea that abuse is "provoked". It's not. It's a conscious choice. Atlas showed there's always an alternative to violence. Ryle showed that some men use "love" as an excuse to control. In the end, it's not about broken trust, but about revealed character.
@Zap.Scenes i understand what you are saying but when did they face similar challenges with lily? atlast already knew everything and was her first bf he bad no competition while Ryle was out of nowhere attacked by an ex (deserved), lied to eventhough he gave her multiple chances to be honest and found out that she might have cheated on him when he found the number but you are right about showing their true character Ryle was an abuser even before the ex showed up but somehow I do belive that abuse can also be provoked to sime extent and it's not an excuse but somehow I also understand ryles anger but he did go too far I was on his side when he smashed the phone but I stopped once I saw him lying to her about her falling down the stairs
Thank you for sharing your view on the characters and their actions. It's interesting to see how different readers understand the complex parts of this story
So I would say about this book and the movie is , there’s a bit of mistakes from lilly as she’s with him and i think everyone should tell their past to their new bf, partner or whatever, by that thing you could face 2 things is , one is the honesty and the second is hate or getting judged by yours one, but most importantly don’t hide anything because i came through that and it’s hurts a lot as an emotional person, don’t just do that because if you do so remember one thing is , physically hurt or wounds get heal but those words can’t. Don’t just ruin anyone, i got but as a advice or suggestion, take it and don’t just tell anything if you don’t want to be them
The movie deals with complex issues about honesty in relationships. Lily's situation reflects a dilemma that many people face: how much of our past should we reveal to a new partner?
Anf you justify that to commit physical abuse?
@anetak.9494 no one is justifying abuse but she wasn't fully a victim either not in the term of her abusing him but she did some wrong things too which ruined the releationship
Ryle and Lilly’s love story was so intense
And soo Hollywood fictional.
@@lorrainegriffith8101um abuse is real not fictional
This isn’t a love story with abuse
The book to me was so emotional. I finish the book before I watched a movie in the movie theaters.
I watch this movie it was so sad but I like the fact that Lilly Bloom did the best she could, and made the best decision for her daughter Emerson😮
Thanks for sharing your opinion about the movie! I'm glad you also connected with Lilly Bloom's story. She really did her best for Emerson in a very hard situation. It made me think about how often the bravest choices in life are not the easiest ones 😊
I really should read the book 📖 ❤
It's an awesome book!
The movie too..❤
Don’t, honestly. I couldn’t save myself but I can warn you🤦🏻♀️
