Northerns on the Largo Central Railroad

On Jan 2nd 2017, While stopped to let Amtrak 91 pass by. CSX has their 2nd loco on the Blue Unit Circus loose power and unable to restart it. As the train passes us only the lead loco is under power, lugging it's train up the grade.
