Hey, I'm Kev! I restore vintage cookware- iron, aluminum, pyrex, cutlery, furniture, etc.. Saving usable pieces of history from the scrapyard and making a few bucks along the way. Trip to the Cabin in Upstate NY (and Watkins Glen!)
This week takes place near Ithaca NY, a beautiful area. My friend has a small modern cabin up there, so we head up at least 3-4 times a year. The weather forced us indoors more than we'd like, but we still managed to relax and have fun.. Thank you for coming along, please enjoy the video!

Packed my truck up and headed west to Ohio! The 127 Yard Sale is an unforgettable experience no matter what section you try out. I basically did the middle of Ohio, and went early- Monday and Tuesday- early bird gets the worm. Guardianware pots were staples in my house and my aunt's houses. The sales guy. The first aunt referred all her local sisters. So we all had the same pots. Same with Kirby vacuum. That sales guy made the rounds to my family. I hated that Kirby though.

@@castironkev That was a long drive. It might be easier if you had someone to help you drive. I live in Indiana. So I am right next to Ohio. Maybe next time I could make a trip up there.

You should try and get down to the events held at Allaire State Park in Farmingdale NJ (Monmouth co.). The flea market events are always a pretty good turn out.

A blacklight is a must when renting at questionable hotels, it could be like a Bates motel feces and semen fingerpainting party and you wouldnt know it!
Lol. Funny enough I usually have a black light around to check pans for cracks, but I couldn't find it..
