IamQuixe is correct. I press "interact" ('F' on PC) on the console at 43 seconds in the video. That spawns a friendly bot. You have to protect the friendly bot until it makes it to the end of its route and the emblem unlocks. I keep the friendly bot alive by killing all the enemy bots before they can shoot it.

I agree, it seems like two different groups designed them and didn't coordinate at all. I think the 5 stars should be a little easier to get for pharah, it shouldn't only be a couple hundred people who are able to get 5 stars

Mad cause bad 😂 I can't speak for console because I don't have it, but on PC there are many people with 5 stars now. Do you think every single one of them is cheating? Also a majority of the bots are stationary, they aren't hard to hit with a rocket. You just need to play the course enough to know where to aim and line up a shot. I played the veteran course way more times than I'd like to admit. Also when people are cheating you can usually slow down the replay and see weird aim jumps/locking (you won't see that here).

Hmm I'm not sure, so the two small bots to the right aren't in the same spot as my video? I haven't played this in many months, maybe they made changes? I might check it out if I have time. Did you figure it out?

It’s a timing thing you have to shoot it and then jump at a specific time. it’s hard to explain the timing but some practice im sure you’ll get it

IamQuixe is correct. Basically you want to use secondary fire (right click on PC) and jump IMMEDIATELY after. You should almost be pressing them at the same time, but not the exact same time. Jump as quickly as you can after firing. Also, the more charge you have, the higher you can jump with this method. I hope this helps

@@Perry_OW I did I did. Believe at this point I dropped down to rank 19? We might as well be in a weird "Elite 5 Star Veteran Pharah" class with how hard it was to complete. I actually meant to count how many people got it when I got home yesterday, throughout America, Asia AND Europe.

I haven't checked recently, but it would be interesting to see how many people now have 5 stars between all of the regions!

I agree! It's like that Mei course but even worse. You know it's bad when only the top 20 or so have 5 stars (not sure how many it's at now)

@@Perry_OW I cant even get 3 1/2 stars and this is like the only one where i strugle. The others where atleast close till i get it but this one is just.... nah. Guess this will stay 3 stars as only one.

Ya it's rough. Have you tried following what I do in the video? I know it's tough (I had to play way too many times because there is always some bot that doesn't get booped or I barely missed a rocket...)

Yes they came out last Tuesday with the season update. I feel like people weren't playing them right away, the leaderboards were definitely easier to achieve than for the previous heroes/courses! I think people have been distracted with Juno/competitive rank resets/new clash mode.

It depends, they both give a maximum of 200 points per course. This course you need 8x barrage kills and 10 environmental kills to get 200 points a piece. So if you balance the two to hit those two targets you can maximize your score

Which jump/climb are you referring to specifically? Do you have a time stamp? I know you're talking about that last room. I would say just make sure you jump towards the wall and keep holding w (or forward on console) as well as keep holding space bar (or jump) after you jump

2:07 is where I struggle on I always fall on those wall climbs

Did you try holding down the forward and the jump buttons from the time that you jumped until you are done wall climbing? Or are you just not jumping far enough? If that's the case you may need to practice timing jumps while approaching cliffs. I hope this helps you complete it

That's crazy! I don't know what they are thinking with this. Were you able to get 5 stars? Also, the courses typically have ability usage (like the spray) give more points. You can view the scoring for each hero in the info section before launching the course

Nvm, I finally got my victory pose :)

Each tower has four upgrades, one from each category (turrets, barrels, area effects, and defense upgrades). The tower repair falls under the defense upgrades category. If you are lucky, at least one of your towers will start with it. If you want, you can spend money to reroll the defense upgrades at each tower until it becomes tower repair (you do this by holding interact on the upgrade, it costs quite a bit). The other upgrades in the "defense upgrades" category are "airstrike", "knock back pulse" and "heal pulse". So if you see one of those you can keep rerolling it until you get "tower repair"

I'm glad you are finding top 500 success! I've never played on console, how do the leaderboards compare to the PC scores, are they lower in general?

@@Perry_OW significantly less people play! Seems like a lot of people played it once or twice and never played again. Definitely lower scores and less people trying to grind it.
