Gaming and model kit building.
HG TYP-G12/CMR Typhoeus Gundam Chimera - Timelapse Build (Bandai Namco - Gunpla)
Wanted to do something a bit more laid-back before I get into my next major project.
This is the latest kit in my growing collection of what I'm calling "super High Grades" (i.e. High Grades that are on the scale or even larger than Master Grades). It's a pretty fun and unique build, something I always appreciate.
The next kit will take a bit longer than just a single day, so we're probably looking at the middle of the coming week. It should be worth the wait though, so I'll see you then.

At last, my series of Wing Gundams is finally complete. Not much to say about this one though. It was by far the quickest and easiest to put together of the four. The decals from DelphiDecal look great, and the whole thing came together in only a little over two days. I originally intended this to be a relatively quick cooldown build between Snow White Prelude and my next project, but it didn't quite turn out that way... Not counting the one I'm currently building, and only counting official Bandai kits, 29. If you want to count all my Bandai kits with the non-Gundam stuff included, 34. If you want to count every snap kit I own, 53.

At $80? Probably not. There's a newer version coming out later this year that's a bit more expensive but a lot nicer. I'd throw that on the Christmas list if you're in the market for a White Glint kit.

I’ve been hearing that the quality is bad and the plastic is brittle, what are your impressions thoughts. I’d like to know since I’m thinking of buying one
Definitely a bit more brittle than most of the Gunpla sets I own, but by no means the worst I've ever seen. As for quality...again, slightly lower than Gunpla but not too much. Most Kotobukiya kits are also designed for you to go back and paint them up a bit. I personally prefer not to though. I will say that the ones I got are a few years old. I have a much newer kit pre-order that should arrive some time in December so I'll have a better idea then.
