Hi my name is Andy
My wife banned me from cooking for the past 25 years, it had something to do with her not liking how I mix my food in odd ways & also something to do with catching a couple of microwaves on fire ? (They were not my fault)
At last I'm aloud in to cook again (only my dinner on Saturdays). So now I get to try all the foods I have wanted to try. Obviously my wife refuses to try anything I make however good it smells 🤣
Join me on my Wacky adventure into food & see if you agree with me or my wife.

Today I use the last of my Armageddon chilli's to make the hottest roast chicken drumsticks you would ever want to eat.
A vindaloo taste like you're eating ice-cream compared to this.
Armageddon chillis are 1,300,000 SHU on the Scoville scale. In comparison scotch bonnets are only 350,000 SHU.

Air fryers are great for cooking chicken, Roasting bags help keep the chicken moist, Brining chicken helps make it moist. So if I brine my chicken and cook it in my air fryer in a roasting bag it should be fantastic. Now nothing can beet Slow cooking but I think this should be the best way to do it quickly.
