As of this video, it seems that the coal trains out of Shire Oaks to Baltimore, Maryland have finally resumed operations following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, this being the first (as of my knowledge) train of such type to run the line since. As for if they're gonna run the doubles again or the other types such as 862, I've no idea.

Filming started at 7:14pm At the time I'd just heard Amtrak 43 talk about me I'd thought I'd be seeing railpolice or something, but it turns out they were just letting 28M know about me lol, even wound up getting a tiny blip of horn, and while I'd like to consider it a hornshow, I don't know if it was the crew telling me to get outta there or just a friendly gesture.

If it was from south to shire, then why does it round hsc? These are also loads, which 651 is not.
