If it’s grinding, going into park, that means it’s after the transmission. The transfer cases are neutral or spinning, or the rear end could be blown. Look to see if the driver line is spinning into the rear without moving the vehicle.

It’s the best gas v8 you can have. Reliable as hell. And plus you can put a lot of power into one and still keep some reliability.
