So glad to hear your parents have electricity again I know you have been worried especially about your dad's oxygen unit. I know how eager you are to get back to getting up and moving but take things slowly your body just went through a lot of stress which can wreak havoc on your body for a while especially with your M.S. Love you a lot my friend.

After such a devastating event such as hurricanes and floods so many of us can physically see just how blessed we are. I live on the Mississippi Coast and have lived here most of my life. So I know just how blessed I am.

Catscans don't always catch everything when the disc herniated in my neck the Catscan only showed a minor amount of herniation. When they did the MRI is when they found out how bad it truely was and scheduled me for surgery. If the pain in your shoulder continues you should contact your doctor and ask about an MRI to be sure there is nothing more serious going on.

Sheri , I have not given up on you 👍🏻🙋🏼‍♀️ you've got this my friend. As my doctors have explained to me , if you don't use it you lose it. Like me , you will have some bad days but the good days are so worth it in the end. 🤩 💖😉

Hi Sheri so happy to see you post a video again. I have been worried about you with the flooding situation. Happy to see you finally got your bed it will make a huge difference for your mobility. Yes pressure sores will degrade your skin, try using some topical agents such as baby oil, vaseline ointments etc. to create a moisture barrier to hold moisture in your skin after washing but only a light coating you still want the skin to breathe. Dressing it for a day or too to hydrate is okay but you don't want the sore covered constantly because then moisture can get trapped and that will cause new skin growth to sluff off.
