In Prokon software i have designed retaining wall considering surcharge, backfill angle 15 degree and water table GBP is passing in prokon whereas in SAP2000 It's failing in GBP What's the solution for this
I think u should use "compression only" & choose "inward" instead of "outward" in ur area spring element .

There is some way to see the axis of the tie rod without defining an area like what can be done with the frame element?
