I've had a couple of pairs of low milage 'crumbling sole' Blunstones. Atrocious product quality at the prices they charge.

Does the Vibram 430 have a soft feel to it? I have a pair of RM Williams Comfort Craftsmen that I use with my uniform and I am considering resoling to get a softer feel underfoot but also more useful traction. Trying to determine best Vibram sole for them. For example, I’ve also been looking at the Vibram Bologna Gumlite.
