Best menu and very impressive cooking method and perfection by Sharif Sahib but in mutton steam roast the piece which we have seen it is fact that it is stemed and cooked perfectly but inner layers of piece is little bit red and it means it needs some more time so that layers of meat not be red of redish from inside also

The quality of spice used in your recipe will damage the peoples stomach and related system, do you know the percentage of stomach diseases (such as ulcerative colitis and ulcers…..) in Lahore and Karachi where people use to eat those foods? Huge quantity of patient of age 48 to 60 ..,. Who suffered 😳 just for this taste
