This Skill does predominantly Physical Damage, with some Magic Damage, but not a lot. - could you please explain me this? the wiki about this skill is that is primary physical damage so how is magic boosting it ? man this game is confusing

Can confirm this absolutely does not work for everyone or even most of the DLC bosses. For example, the scorpion/centipede boss right before the spiral tower: nope. She couldn’t care less. She did die fast to Messmer fire incantations though. Point is: this video and every video like it is misleading. There is no “one size fits all” spell that’s going to shred everything, this is no exception. Bosses that are highly mobile will absolutely dodge this just by virtue of their normal moveset (like the boss I mentioned above). The spell works and does good damage, but not to everyone and definitely not to every boss in the DLC. The buff sequence is pretty solid but again: not every boss melts for Night Comet

NG+6 here and can confirm using TWO staves of Loss is the way to go. NOT the PoD staff, which is normally what I use. I have max Int/Fai. But the buff SoL adds to Night Comet outstrips the sorcery scaling on PoD staff.

Is flame art affinity better

It is the best sorcery in the game hands down but the problem is it just isn’t fun. After about 20 minutes you realize how badly it trivializes the game. Caster builds can be an absolute blast but just spamming the same genuinely OP spell over and over and over again loses its luster, quickly…

OMG, this is a sick build... i have everything shown here except the deadly poison perfume bottle and the poison hand glove thing... i noticed that Elden Beast gave you the hardest time of all the bosses shown, because it took you the longest to defeat him... and i also doubt this build would work on Bayle the Dread... but, great video...

you can technically get even more damage out of this which can potentially lead to one shots on many bosses but i think only pc players with insane reflexes can pull this off or the timer runs out you can swap the black dumpling wuth the mushroom crown before using the poison mist and you can also try the white mask and lord of bloods exultation with a seppuku weapon to get even higher damage output as well as swapping to rakshasas helmet after the buffs to get the remaining 2% damage buff but since all the buffs except the one from the black dumpling only last for 20 seconds, i think the other buffs have run out before getting to the boss

Great video! Just wanted to leave a small note about the buffs for anyone reading through comments. Sacred Bloody Flesh and Bloodboil Aromatic are both considered body buffs. So using flesh after the aromatic will completely override the effect of bloodboil. However, if you use flesh, bloodboil, and then proc bleed, you'll still get the +18% unique buff from using flesh. So flesh > bloodboil > proc bleed is the sequence you wanna use. Also, it will vary based on the boss, but Flame Art is also worth considering over magic. You're already investing into faith if you want to use Howl, so you can just dump more points into that rather than having to invest into Int. The scalings will also slightly favor Flame Art over Magic and will give you a little bit more damage. But the main appeal imo are Oil Pots. At any points that you have down time or have to close a gap between you and the boss, throwing an oil pot will give you +50% fire damage on your next attack. Royal Knight's Resolve is the priority if you have downtime mid-fight, but an extra tool to boost your damage is always a plus!

*NOTE* Recommended Level: Although I am technically a NG+7 build channel, this build can work just as well at lower levels. Firstly, if you are on NG+7, a level 250+ character can get you damage close to what you see in the video. The Magic Giant Crusher is a weapon that scales primarily with Intelligence followed by a little bit of Strength ( eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Giant-Crusher ), so allocate 80 levels into Intelligence and 60 into Strength. The rest of your levels can be used at your own discretion (Vigor, Endurance, more Intelligence/Strength, etc.). For lower levels/NGs, just follow the same concept. Focus your levels primarily on Intelligence until you're at 80, then begin putting points into Strength. Your bosses will also most likely be significantly weaker than mine, which will make up for any damage discrepancy. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this build. I am more than happy to help!

now theres see a relastic build ( lvl 150-200 ) as any build with that high a level is pretty much going to be op with little skill involved . at level 713 i could fart a gas cloud and knock out most bosses, theres absolutely nothing exceptional about this.
