The owner of Sense Studio for sound massage in Dubrovnik, Rhubin Herceg, is the first, and currently the only Certified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner in Dubrovnik, trained in the use of sound vibrations in a therapeutic setting by the Peter Hess® Institute in Zagreb. She has completed all four levels and the closing supervision weekend, encompassing a total of 208 hours of the Peter Hess training. In other words, she is professionally qualified to provide sound massage for deep relaxation, using the Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls.
She fell in love with the sound of Tibetan singing bowls and gong on her trip to Bali in 2014. Since then, she has been constantly broadening her knowledge of sound healing therapies, which she uses during sound massage and sound bath sessions at the Sense Studio.

Hello, thank you for writing. Do you mean you have listend to the recording and have a feeling of heaviness in your body? Which comes with deep relaxation...can you sink into that feeling, allow it without fear, just allowing the body to be heavy and relaxed, allowing it to rest. The feeling will go away slowly...

Dear Patryk, thank you so much for your feedback. I am using Peter Hess bowls. Some of them are therapeutic singing bowls I also use for sound massage sessions and some are Sanga singing bowls which have a beautiful and long sustain. They are made for sound baths and meditation. :)
Estimada terapeuta. Sólo compartir el que no es muy sano el colocar cuencos en el cuerpo. Sobre todo en corazón y cabeza. Si la persona tiene una patología cardíaca o marcapasos, no es aconsejable. Al igual que en el vientre de una embarazada. En la cabeza es de igual manera, pues podría mover posibles coágulos etc. Pueden tratarse todas las zonas, sosteniendo el cuenco muy cerca del cuerpo pero no tocando. Así como también, cuando vayamos a aplicarlo en las zonas de corazón y cabeza, nos apartamos, lo activamos y nos acercamos a esas zonas, pero nunca dar el mazazo delante del corazón o cabeza. Dear Claudio, thank you for your comment and your tips on how to place the bowls. I am a certified Peter Hess practitioner and all the elements that are used in the treatment are tested for over 30 years now. I have always an introductory talk with all my clients and I am very well informed not to use bowls directly on the heart if there are any heart conditions. Also, in the Peter Hess sound massage, the bowls are very rarely played directly on the head, I also don't know where in the video have you seen that? If played on the head, then only with special very small therapeutic bowls made especially for the head that have very little vibration, also they are played in a certain way, on exact places with exact purpose. In case the person is completely healthy there is no reason why not to place the therapeutic heart bowl on the heart. I am sorry I don't agree with everything you say. The Peter Hess sound massage is a scientifically researched method and uses sound and vibration very carefully with the motto ''Less is more'' meaning that all the instruments are played very carefully, very gently, and silently and on exact places with exact purpose. It is always the aim to promote the healthy areas and to avoid the areas that are having ailments or health conditions. All the best from Dubrovnik.

What sizes on your bowls are you using?
Hello Christian, I have different sizes of bowls ranging from 16cm diameter to 29 cm. They are all Peter Hess therapy bowls.
