In this biceps/triceps combi gym machine from Gymleco you get a fantastic exercise for both the biceps and triceps muscles. A compact and stylish machine that fits in any gym. Both in larger professional gyms as well as smaller company and hotel gyms that want to offer a great arm workout.
The biceps/triceps machine can easily be switched between biceps training and triceps training with a simple adjustment bolt. How is it 2024 and gym companies are still designing seated leg curls where the pad goes on your shin? Who is responsible for designing this? What possible purpose could that serve?
It stabilizes the forward horizontal force when the leg is flexed
@ it’s the vertical force you need to worry about. Properly designed thigh pads keep you fixed against both. At heavy weights a pad on the shin is entirely useless

What is the loading profile of the upper and lower pins? Which one feels heavier when loaded?
lower is beat as there is not so much movement. Top one starts to pull you back up as it goes over top dead centre
