What size intercooler are u running on the single cab?

Are you running 3" intercooler?

Had a similar issue, I blew the seals in my journal bearing unit as well. Truck idles at 60-65psi oil pressure and at wide open it sees 100psi I have a 4an feed with a turbosmart oil pressure regulator that keeps it between 40-30psi at all times pretty much a fixed pressure and been working great never had this issue again.
