PURE EV Malarvizhi Suresh I have purchased two epluto 7g on Nov & Dec'21 in GO E RIDE Koratur, chennai. Since purchase i have spent more than 15k for this failure model bike.. getting repeated issue from this useless bike and no permanent solution from service centre and @pure Ev. Every time riding the bike, bike getting stopped even it's full charge or 75%. No pick up drop option available..no immediate assistance from pureev and service centre.if we r giving the bike for service they r taking more than 5days.Now they are started saying u can go other service centre which is far 30km from location. Could u think bike battery gives only 25km only. Both battery got failed and only 25km range and it may Stop anytime.i have five years of warranty.Now service centre saying to buy new battery of 25k.i have already bought two bike for 2lac and 15k spend for useless service and parts.Now pure ev looting 25k+25k even in warranty. While selling time they told no expenses in this bike only service and brake shoe small parts need to replace. Service cost 900rs*8 Brake shoe 450+tax Speedometer not work 1500rs within 1year Handle bear 800rs Disk brake 2700 Headlight 500 Roadside assistance for towing 750rs Side stand issue Back light not working Many parts need to replace and parts not available. Still no permanent solution from pure ev and service centre. Earlier days service did good job but now completely opposite. Whenever I visited service centre all the customer r facing same battery and service issue. All parts r high value compared to petrol bike. I vl not pay any excess amount for battery..i want replacement battery or take this bike refund the amount only. Service center person saying u can put case and can't do anything.. I am surprised selling the failure product by pure ev and putting charges to customer no support to service centre and customers. Always go with brand like Ather,Ola,TVS and Hero No direct contact number for pureev ,don't trust this brand. Because of poor quality and service they missed few more referal from my end. More than 5 days my bike is idle still no call from pure ev. There is major chance to die in accident bcs everytime sensor will stop while riding the bike. Can u think if u going with ur family suddenly sensor is stopped it vl create major accident. For this delear is saying yes am also facing same issue so not using the bike. What is the use of this bike now? 1) Battery not working(only 25kms range) 2) Side stand fitting issue. 3) Intermediately brake sensor not working there is a chance to die in accident. 4) No proper response from pure ev and go eride. 5) Service is very pathetic.(taking more than 5days) 6) Spare parts is very very high. 7) Only the option we need to visit service centre to replace. This pure ev bike will not reduce the petrol expenses it vl increase mental pressure,stress and high expenses. Now they planning and looting the money from customer to replace the battery for 25k bcz of their failure product. I know for this msg also they vl not respond,if respond they vl not provide direct permanent solution from them. We know you r a women entrepreneur everything but what related to this? We have spent more than 2lac for bike and need conclusion. You know very well issue bike only and sold failure product agreed by u. You need fight with pure ev and get proper battery in free of cost. If u r a customer,if I sold the same failure product to u.what u vl do? SO THINK AND PROVIDE PERMANENT FIX. I vl update you further once I get respond from pure ev and service centre. If everything is clear,I vl repost in detail about the same. I hope you will come back to with permanent solution and vl not pay any amount for battery. 26th Dec'23: Really pathetic support from Goeride & PURE EV they gave one standby battery again it's giving only 5km and bike getting off automatically. You people are not serious about people life...if anything happened in accident for us... only pureev & Goeride is the responsible... Because they provided the not working battery to us for one bike and another bike is still idle. We r document this it vl helpful in future to file case.. For this non working battery they told us paid of 19k to pureev and asked us to pay 2k but we didn't pay... Really surprised about this dealer and manufacturer about how they customer. Few paid youtubers wrongly promoting about this brand and service... Note: Till Date no response from them for call and msg. Think and buy it...I know my 2lac + useless service & part charges gone. Now I am giving awareness to new customers and next move we do promotion about this bike and service with my two bike not to buy in front of showroom.
