Sit back and enjoy visiting different photographic locations and meeting photographers while at the same time having a bit of fun with a few photography tips and ideas thrown in along with a lot of good photos.
Photographing England 1 Dorset : Old Harry Rocks
Old Harry Rocks lie on The Jurassic Coast in Dorset on England's south coast. This set of fantastic sea stacks in a chalk cliffed stretch of the English Channel Coast is great for photographers particularly if you own a drone. Darren and I visit to shoot this interesting coastal region at dawn and are treated to a wonderful photographic experience.

Great video, the Beara Peninsula is stunning. Great shots.
Thank you , got further DNA results. I didn't know I had any Irish DNA, says from Beara Peninsula, west Beara Peninsula, wondered what it looked like.
@@LJBSullivan It’s a stunning part of Ireland. Went there to cycle the Tour De Beara (120km of hills and mountains) last weekend. Of course I was able to do photography, meet local friends there and scout new almost unknown locations. Do yourself a big favour. Visit this Peninsula. It’s stunning. Try not to use a bike unless you are extremely fit. 😆. Take a car. You‘ll know what I mean when you get there.
@ferguscooper Thanks, yes too old and bad knees so car. I would love to go. Ireland looks beautiful. I've been told by many Americans that the Irish people are the nicest world wide.
I enjoyed watching that, Fergus, great work, scenery and talk 👏🏼🧡.

Reading The Colony now (9/2023), I realize that I am a full year behind the Booker long list. In addition to getting the perspective from an authentic Irishman, your synopsis of this novel is the most complete and insightful review I have watched. I am only half through it, but enjoying it immensely. I appreciate your explanation of “nationalism and self identity” as the reason why the author intersperses factual accounts of “the troubles” that happened in the 70s and 80s. I didn’t understand the inclusion of these snippets until your reasoning and now it makes sense. The story is so much more layered, interwoven and complex. And, NO, there are no spoilers in your video. I gave your vlog a 👍and will subscribe to hear future reviews.
Thank you very much. I really appreciate that. Regards, Fergus
I love Glengarriff. I used to stay in the hostel there. Lovely place. Great video. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
