Great thoughts. Setting your bottom line expectations, your "no matter whats". Very well articulated! It's very cool that you're building the system from the ground up and investing a lot of serious effort into it. Holy crap! 15m exercise! I started doing that a couple years ago and it changed my life! These things are so crucial, my experience has shown this is really great advice you're sharing here. It all seems so simple, but people need to listen to this because it's "so simple" that they don't grasp it and run with it like you're doing here! What's simple to do is also simple not to do. If you ever feel lethargic or struggling to see the value this all produces, I promise you that if you continue it 1 year from now you will thank yourself and feel deep gratitude that you put in all this effort. 2 years from now you will be inspiring people with ease. 5 years from now you will be blown away by the contentment and confidence this gives you.

Essentially, sometimes I think, with all these jumbled thoughts, it feels like I don’t even have anything to give to the world so shouldn’t even bother. But you know what? To that I say, I do have something to give, I’m just still in the process of refining it. The question is, do you want to stick around to help me with it and gain from it?
