Skills Ontario 2024 - Student Perspective
Have you ever wondered what it's like to compete or attend Skills Ontario? Cadence Gauley and Robbie Duke did an awesome job making a video of what it's like going to Skills Ontario as a competitor. They captured some of our competitors from District School Board Ontario North East throughout the competition to share their experiences.

One of our in-class challenges in AMM - Music and Computers - was to choose a clip you like and mute it and create your own sound effects for the short clip. Cedric did an excellent job being creative while creating his sound effects that were excellent and entertaining.

Skills Ontario 2023 - DSB1

This year 29 students from DSB1 went to Toronto to compete at the provincial level in their skill. Our students did incredible! Of the 11 competitions we competed in, 5 of them placed in the top 3 taking home 3 bronze medals, a silver medal and a gold medal.
