BUILDING OUR VAN KITCHEN | EP. 6
Welcome back! In this week’s episode, we kick off an exciting step in our van conversion journey: building the kitchen for our DIY camper van! Our King’s 60L fridge, sink, and tap have finally arrived, which means we can now begin crafting the heart of our van 🚐
For the kitchen countertop, we used 12 mm unstructural plywood, treating it with several coats of stained varnish to make it durable and waterproof. I also designed a custom pull-out countertop and storage area, repurposing leftover materials from our van build. To keep things secure while driving, I lined the storage space with elastic thread, ensuring all our kitchen essentials stay in place on bumpy roads.

School & College assignments are nothing. Wait till you get job assignments & projects, you’ll be longing for a school assignment.
