I'm too not an native english speaker but I think Boa did fine. Idk maybe because i remember all the lyrics so i understand every single word he sang. If i'm not mistaken boa did a duet with west life in flying without wings and her english was quite good. Well of course she still had asian accent. Her voice is actually quite good here, it's far from the original but not that bad.

im listening this for first time in 2012.. He is awsome.
