I have to say that this entire choreo practice is more of an exercise than a session at the gym where you can at least alternate between lifting and cardio. It really is a good workout.

Oh my lord this bout killed me and we havent even done the whole thang. I already love and respected Beyonce but I should worship her for doing all this. And that was just one dance she did. Damn, Coachella had about 10 different choreo moments and she was singing. Id fall over and die. I bout had an asthma attack and I don't have asthma 😂

I've been practicing 3 days straight...I think I got it 😅 I remember always trying to learn choreo from videos and stuff as a kid, I forgot how much fun (and a workout) it is lol!

I think the hard part for me is transitioning from the first "everybody mad" to the next part when you're turning out your toe with your hand in the air. It's probably because it's just too fast for me right now. Edit: I figured out what the problem was. I can't fluck my knee out like that because of my hip 🤣

It’s crazy to think she’s acting like some youtuber who just so happens to do dance and figured out the choreography for herself like…she’s Beyonce’s dance captain! You would never know that by how chill she is and how many times she’s like “I’m sweating” or “I’m dying”. She’s at the top of the top but is still so humble and human lol

For everyone watching on this vid; shw is mirrored. I guess it’s the way the camera on her phone was set up. Her left arm aligns with my left arm when I stand facing her on my tv. So just do exactly as you see lol.
