oh man..... the days of Cavani and CR7 in Man United.. (I am guessing this is a 2021-22 patch?) Such a dynamic duo of contrasting Latin personalities. :) Mate, PES 2019 is for me, the most difficult football game of all time. Doing this wekk, and especially in CL, is really impressive!! Glory, glory Man United!! :)
That's a very nice Man U indeed, even tho they had little success in real life, playing with Cristiano, Cavani and Pogba among all is really fun! 19 is super difficult indeed. Personally I recently also tried 21 on legend (with FL 23, modded).. ML with low TS was the stuff of the nightmares, but it has its charm :). NEver played 19 on legend but I guess it also must be really brutal!
Really liked the Bruno Fernandes header, bro!! It had a very cool and realistic animation and trajectory, and particularly the position of the player while heading.. Man, PES 2019 is a gorgeous looking game. Sometimes I think it is the best looking out of all the latest generation of PES games.. The lighting is so natural and unforced..
Absolutely mate!! 19 colours are really amazing, never understood why they ditched them on 21 other than for some novelty factor! Loved the Bruno Fernandes header as well :)
Haha! It was a Laziale rain for sure bro!! Raindrops are more blue than red, after all! :) Mate, what version of FIFA 10 is this? I am guessing this is PC or PS3 version? Looks quite good!
Surely was mate.. rain is a Lazio fan since the storm in Perugia-Juve of 00' that helped us won the title 😉 It's the Ps3 Fifa 10, on Rpcs3.. finally thanks to a fella on Evoweb I learned about a version that let's you play it without crashing🤗.. looks pretty good indeed!
can't wait for your new adventure, mate!! really looking forward to seeing what you come up with!! 😊
**SPOILER** Just watched the entire match and.. Oh man, one of those inexplicable ones where everything went right for them, and nothing went right for you guys.. I really think out of 5 matches between them, Ancellotti's Uruguay would win 4 of them.. One of those weird matches that happen in football sometimes bro!! I could sense your frustration in this match bro.. You played better, had more chances.. Or maybe I'm the one who leaves with somewhat of a sour taste!! Not because of you,, you played great!! But just.... ahhhhh I watched this match as a fan, rooting hard for Uruguay!! (The immersion is real) I wanted to see a semifinal vs Argentina!! But like we always say.. That's football, my friend........This was just one of those strange ones.. PS: What was the QUESTIONABLE non PK vs Cavani in minute 57?? B.S.!! 👿😅 There is only one thing left to say my friend.. URUGUAY might have gotten the short end of the stick in this Copa.. But remember this: you ARE WORLD CHAMPION!! :) :)
It was really frustrating indeed, mate! It almost exactly played like the previous Copa.. except at least my elimination against Mexico was a very exciting match, this one was simply ugly 😅 and felt like it has not done any justice to my path until now. Win or lose, I wanted SO much to play the semi against Argentina as well! It's crazy the the only big SA team I've met in four big tournaments, was Brazil in my first WC. On a different note, it also sucks I wasn't able to call in Guardado cause he was injured when the list of national calls up was about to close, cause he of course was perfectly recovered through all the tournament😡. There are so many stories of players recovering in the middle of the tournament, like Baresi and Baggio in USA 94.. can't believe it doesn't let you choose in this. Oh and Cavani should have definitely take a nice dive on that episode, he just wanted to remain on his feet so badly 😭 That said, as you wrote, and as I express often myself, good football games are the ones where this stuff still remains unpredictable.. so, at the end of the day I'll take the defeat as it is. By the way, I can picture a very composed but still emotional Carlo in the press conference, defending his players (especially the bad performance of Cruz), apologizing and announcing his immediate and irrevocable resignation from Uruguay, only to let a smile and some tears run through his face when remembered the country loves him and forever will, and nobody would want to part with him, even if his decision is already taken 💔
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 My friend, I can REALLY imagine Carlo in the post-match press conference.. Trying to fight off the emotion but not being able to.. Resigning from the team.. Only for the streets of Montevideo going on a parade the next day chanting his name with HUGE banners of him lifting the World Cup and with the whole country, some fans in tears saying "Por favor Carlo che..... no te retires!!!!". Man, what a legend...... But Carlo's mind is set. Despite his small Copa America setback.. He is forever loved in Uruguay, and was given the keys to the city forever, and Estadio Nacional de Uruguay was renamed.. "Estadio Carlo Ancellotti" with a huge golden statue of him lifting the World Cup at the entrance..!!
@@millossobek1027 That's beautiful mate! I can picture it as a movie in my mind😍
**SPOILER** Edinsoooooooon!! A signature goal by one of our signature stars, yet another example of FIFA 16's brilliant player ID! I could even imagine him diving down and sliding on the pitch after the late-game header hahah, the immersion is real my friend! As predicted, the game against Paraguay would be a close, low-scoring affair. I can't remember the last time they were in a high scoring game.. They are the Kings of the 0-0, 1-0, 0-1 xD On to the Quarters bro!! ⚽⚽
Absolutely mate.. your prediction was super spot on! Even when I faced them in the WC qualifiers, I remember a very tough team. Cavani's goal was another fantastic one, was almost tempted to save it all alone.. but it totally looks like an Edison classic!!
**SPOILER** After the first super-tough match against Peru, Carlo's Uruguay wakes up!! Loved the first goal, Suarez's deft catch, turn and bookshelf shot for the score!! Also, one cannot understate Muslera's performance! Even though the final score was lopsided, the game itself could've taken a very different tune if it wasn't for his saves!! Great 3 points mate, this almost ensures qualification to the next round of Copa América.. Now only Paraguay remains!! They have a very tough, low scoring mentality ever since I can remember!! VAMO URUGUAY CARAJO!! :) :)
Suarez is an incredible player mate! So well represented in the game. Muslera is a certainty and I kinda regret I couldn't buy him in one of the clubs lol. Now is on the verge of retiring so is definitely too late, but he stands as a main pillar of this adventure. VAMO URUGUAY 😍
**SPOILER** Peru, oh man, Peru.. I don't know if I told you bro, but they are one of my favorite National Teams in the entire world, especially this generation coached by Gareca (the ones that qualified to 2018 World Cup, the first one in 36 years! Lapadula was part of this team too, would've been cool to have seen him here but of course, in FIFA 16 he still had not nationalized!) Still, in this alternate Madmac universe, of course I wanted Don Carlo's Uruguay to win! :) Alexander Callens silenced the crowd, but then the Uruguayan faithful went bonkers after a brilliant free kick by "Lucho" Suarez! In the end though, Cavani's couple of shots were really close, (and you really dominated offensively)! but Peru's Gallese saved the day.. A tough opening match against like you mention, a fierce, fierce Peru!! This is getting really interesting, with super-tough mentality Paraguay and the always dangerous Mexicans.. A quite balanced group.. But I am sure that the World Champions Uruguay will have what it takes to get out of it!! Go Mac!!!!!
I think you told me about it mate, or at least I have a vague memory of it.. besides, iirc Lapadula qualifying with Peru made some good noises over here in Italy too! Most if not all South American NTs are so full of charme and story indeed, even when they are less successful in the broader sense! Yeah mate, was a really tough start, I took more control in the second half but couldn't pull out a victory. Oh well, I've had worse beginnings :)
A truly painless game indeed, as UEFA CL qualification is indeed,, guaranteed! Exciting times at Lille mate!! You have given them back their respect after years of struggle, and now, with the force of Carlo's personality, a truly fascinating summer transfer window is sure to occur!! Will Carlo be able to bring back Luis Suarez for a final swan song?? In anycase, really looking forward to seeing where Lille goes in their second season, challenging PSG locally and also European Football! P.S: Hahahah loool, you cracked me up bro, when "Roma Champions Supercup" appeared, you switched that in a milisecond! 😂😂
I was kinda worried all the first half, as it really looked like one of those games you can never come back from, and indeed it was, but when I saw the results from the other fields I cooled a bit, and luckily it all went smoothly! You saw it right bro😂.. I just cringe a bit when Roma win something important in videogames.. in this case I think it was an unconscious reflex, but it was totally there nonetheless 😆
And the Lille players erupt in celebration and embraces as Mr Ancellotti smiles satisfied into the French sky, knowing that this amazing win adds to his tremendous legacy!! Two magical headers on a magical night, and Lille win their first Coupe de France in over 15 years!! Congratulations mate, one more trophy to add to Carlo's collection! He is a proven winner, and in the tension of Cup Finals, he has showed nerves of steel! (I would love to see his trophy cabinet after your adventure is completed, mate!!) :)
Thanks mate.. it was really nice to win this cup! Felt like a solid journey. Also a reat joy for Mr. Ancelotti, who can crown his France experience with at least a trophy! Ahahaha I wish there was some in game way to see all the physical trophies you won in a save.. would be really nice. I might do some mini tribute myself :)
A lot of booking in this match. And KDB in PSG, they continue their financial takeover in footy games 😂
**SPOILER** Yes! A Lille update!! Carlo working his magic in French lands.. Taking an underappreciated squad and propelling them both to 5th place in the Ligue 1 and also to the Coupe de Ligue final!! Wherever Carlo goes, he makes his teams contenders!! BTW bro, I had no idea that France had 2 Cups.. The Coupe de LLigue and the Coupe Nationale! Are they kind of like FA Cup and Carabao?? We learn something new every day with FIFA/PES for sure!! And Benjamin Pavard!! I had no idea he played for Lille. I think he's cool because he looks like a classic French player from the 70's-80's! Can't wait to see what you do with this group, bro!! :)
Exactly mate! One cup, Coupe Nationale, is like all french teams from the amateur leagues up to Ligue one, so it's like the Fa Cup.. Coupe de Ligue should be more like Carabao or whatever (I've even read they actually put it on hiatus it in RL some year ago). Pavard has been proved to be very useful to me.. a very good defensive jolly that can practically play all roles on a line of four! Surely keep him until the end :)
OMG!! Can you get any more bookeshelf than that?? That was the absolute angle my friend, the absolute angle!! It's like he was screaming: "URUGUAAAAAAYY" as he scored it!! P.S: Still can't get over how cool FIFA 16 looks under the snow, mate!!
Absolutely bro, Guardado is surely proud of his heritage! By the way, totally agree.. snow is beautiful in 16, maybe the most beautiful of all Fifas!
The Free Kick Specialist, the New Ozil, Hakan Çalhanoğlu!! Great Pickup from Ancellotti from his former Milan Side!! :)
He's a fantastic FK specialist mate.. can't quantify how many points he brought me 😀 Carlo personally flew over Newcastle to convince him last year's january.. it was worth I guess :)
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 Carlo's legendary philosophical recruitment tactics working wonders once again!! Convincing a star like Hakan to come join the Lille project, a new adventure, is the result of the force of Ancellotti's personality!! :)
i love , Forza Cesena !!!!!
YES!! PES 2010!! I love this edition bro.. I played a season with Bolton Wanderers and REALLY enjoyed it!! I found Top Player to be a bit easy, so I installed a Jenkey Gameplay 0.62 Mod which made the game much more challenging! PES 2010 is such a great game.. The graphics are gorgeous and the entire Master League is so well organized and has so many cool options..... Go CESENA!!!! GO OLD GUYS CHALLENGE!!!!!! Will you stick to 33+ year olds or lower it to 30???? Starting wih the Default ML team, this is gonna be a HUGE challenge!! Can't wait to see more of this adventure, man!!
I think that vanilla is still tough enough with the defaults! Smoke team also revised tactics and player stats which gives it a bit more spice I guess. Of course the game is generally a bit more on the soft side, so it's why I'll try to stick to 33+ YO players if I'll get it going (I tried more Fifas and Pes lately, just to test some new adventure ideas after I'll finish the current one on Fifa 16). By the way yes mate, Pes 2010 is really beautiful to see, I think 10 and 11 are probably the nicer grpahics wise of pre Ps3 games. Shame they weren't much appreciated back in the days, but we can appreciate them even more today 😁
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 You're right bro! It's going to be a huge challenge regardless! ML is always tough, and with the Default Players/Old Guys it adds an extra added challenge!! Anyway, I wasn't trying to say I am a skilled player or anything, hahah.. In fact, those kind of "skill" debates I have 0 interest for.. I mean zero zero hahahahah.. 😂 Just wanted to mention the mod in case you wanted to take a look. :) I actually think 10 looks better than 11, 12, and 13! Even though I came to PES late (2017), I cannot quite understand why 09 and 10 are not more appreciated.. I think they are both great installments!
@@millossobek1027 Ahahah don't worry mate.. I know we have the same mentality towards the difficulty topic. 10 looks really faboulous indeed (although as I said above I equally like 11 graphics wise😄). I think those games being not really well received/half forgotten is due to the Fifa rise, which had the strongest pull in the Ps3 era. But, yeah, the are great to play indeed!!
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 Bro, two things! 1. I was going to recommend you the gameplay mod.. But I realized, going back to the Vanilla Game, that it is tough enough!! I found that the gameplay mod is a bit buggy in the CPU defense, leaving way too many open spaces for my dribbling.. So went back to the vanilla game, and for some reason, I am finding the difficulty much more balanced this time!! Maybe I was playing Professional the first time, ahahaha 2. Oh, you were asking about a patch that has Serie B.. There is one I used to play with.. called "TPS Patch", which is easily available and still up! (The only reason why I switched to smoke was because I felt the Championship was perhaps a bit better represented with faces, but TPS does the trick with Serie B). Let me know if you need help finding it!!
**SPOILER** You have done it bro!!!!! You have brought the ultimate glory to Uruguay and the cherry on top of Carlo's absolutely brilliant managerial career!!!!! I am sure Gaston's extra time goal and celebration, with his left fist up in the air and defiantly looking at the stands, will be the most bought poster in the history of the Republic or Uruguay!! Great match bro, and an awesome, incredible run by the Uruguayans, a true underdog story, doubtlessly facing stronger teams in every single step of the competition!! (England, France, Spain, Netherlands), but showing that the Uruguayan heart, the fantasy learned on the Montevideo Streets, and the Italian mastermind of Carlo can conquer all challengers!! I think that this win cements Carlo as the best Manager of All Time, I truly cannot think of another one with his level of accomplishment!!!!! Oh man, what a classic World Cup.. Looking at the knockout stage, We have Uruguay, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, France, Portugal. I love it when the classics are represented in World Cups!! The road was long and I think VERY FEW prognosticators would've predicted Uruguay to take it all,, but the glory is yours, my friend.. You have won the most prestigious competition in the World!!!!!!!!!!! I think Uruguay will be on holiday for a month now!! 😂😂
You know mate, to be honest I thought I would have never made it so far, especially after the last two tournaments.. it's like, as I wrote on the forum, the algorythm somehow paid me back of all those awful eliminations. On the other hand I think it was still pretty realistic, as it truly felt like the typical NT tournament in which your just not top tier team earn trust and momentum and ends up creating a solid amalgama of a group which makes them overperform (and anyway, between defense, midfield and forwards, Uruguay is kind of a top team here lol). Truth be told I would have rather have Germany in the final, I was almost tempted to reload the save and let the game simulate the other semifinal again as I already played Netherlands in the group and the germans are often "the" classic final contenders😁, so story wise it would have been nicer to fight them.. but ultimately decided it was more fair to leave it as it was. I think the day of the final became national holiday in Uruguay, and Carlo, already been granted with an uruguagian passport after the Spain semifinals, was carried in triumph by a whole country 🤩😂
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 I agree mate!! I think that England-France-Spain Germany would've been so epic, truly Balrog-Vega-Sagat-Bison! (Germany just has that final boss feeling like you say, like Zankuro in Samurai Shodown hahahaha) But still, you proved yourself in this World Cup, the biggest accomplishment a footballer and a manager can have!! This generation of Uruguay (that is now coming to its close but that has some great new players) was truly awesome. I think of it as the 2010's-early 2020's generation, starting with Forlán and continuing on with Suárez, Cavani, Sánchez, Muslera and Godín.. A tough as nails group that unfortunately was never able to lift silverware but was so close.. So you taking them to the World Cup title feels realistic, it really does. Not an odds-on-favorite, but something that I could've definitely have seen in the Madmac Universe!! And the fact that you did it with Ancellotti, one of the most likeable old-school managers in the modern game, makes it even sweeter!! I can totally see him being lifted by the country as a National Hero, given the keys to the city and made honorary citizen. in fact the final day will probably be re-baptized "Carlo Ancelloti Day"!! And I agree bro, in short tournaments, momentum can change everything.. Just ask Luka and Croatia in 2018, they were so close!! I actually think in a way, this generation's Croatia and Uruguay were on similar levels. :)
**SPOILER** What a time for Edinson to get on the board!! I had been waiting for his goal in this World Cup, (I can't recall if you scored one with him in the group stage) and what better time than to do it in the semifinal?? Very clutch!! Amazing bro!! You are writing history as we speak!! Taking care of England, then France, then Spain is like Vega, Sagat, M. Bison!! 😂 Now I am so sure that the Uruguayan press (and the entire nation) will be 100% obsessed!! I can only imagine that on the day of the final, everything will stop in the country, it will be a National Holiday for 4 days before the match!! Let's go, my friend, for Uruguay's first World Cup in 60 years!!! (Which makes me wonder.. what year are you in the save? I am guessing somewhere like 2021?)
In the excitement of the moment, it totally slipped my mind that the answer is obvious (World Cup 2022)! xD Of course!! It's been 7 years since Carlo's momentous arrival in Milan, what a glorious adventure it has been, my friend!!!!!! The glory is yours, and nothing can ever be able to take this away from you!! Long live Madmac's Retro Football!!!!!!
@@millossobek1027 don't worry mate, I often confuse myself as well with dates 😂 By the way, I've found really appropriate as well that Cavani, after a whole tournament sacrificing for the team, finally scored to bring us in the final! Ahahahah yeah, Uruguay put in their place most of the european football gotha, although I'm a bit sad there weren't south american derbies. By the way, pretty sure they given Carlo Uruguay's nationality after this one 😍
**SPOILER** Historic, absolutely historic bro!! Uruguay keeps proving all doubters wrong and winning with more heart than muscle!! With Angel Comizzo and Carlos Sanchez in attendance together (Comizzo couldn't resist not attending, and Sanchez wistfully looking off into the distance, happy but with a bittersweet feeling), the Uruguayans pull off another extra-time thriller against one of the tournament's favorites, France. A classic attacking-counterattacking battle, where once again, Luis Suarez is the man of the moment!!!!! But still, I think the man of the match HAS to be Muslera bro. What an amount of heroic saves!! Now it's off against Spain bro.... It's like you are battling all European "bosses" in levels!! England... France... Spain.. What a beautiful, unique journey Ancellotti is undergoing.... what a journey, my friend. Facing his past, hoping for the future.. This World Cup is proving to be epic. Just look at that draw!! Two more matches my friend. Two more matches and the glory is yours!!!!!!!!!!!! Football is not won with physics only, it is won with the soul, and you are proving this!!!!!!!!! Comizzo: "Carlos, how do you feel watching your ex-teammates going to the semifinals?" Sánchez: "I gotta say, Ángel. It's a bittersweet feeling. I am so happy for my country and for my teammates, my brothers, but I wish I was down there too." Comizzo: "What are you doing up here, che..... Go down there and celebrate with them!!" As Sánchez goes down to celebrate with his ex teammates, Comizzo looks off into the horizon, thinking.... thinking.... "Man, we could use an Uruguayan in Toro......"
The image of Comizzo and Sanchez watching the game and discussing is fantastic, mate😍.. as I told you other times, I only wish there was a way to truly see stuff like this taking place.. but as of now, I'll be content with our imagination 😀 Anyway, wholeheartedly agree on Muslera.. he has been probably man of the tournament until now, comparable with Buffon in 2006, absolutely INCREDIBLE
**SPOILER** No time for superlatives bro, I will simply say this: This, my friend, is Uruguay's biggest win in their history since 1950's Maracanazo. Your players were absolutely destroyed. I don't think I have EVER seen a starting eleven SO tired before a match in any game!! The heart you displayed, after being 2-0 down with a pressuring England and absolutely exhausted players, The spirit to come back and quickly score the first goal, the beautiful, acrobatic second goal, and Suarez's historic game winner (to put on a poster) in minute 120 is what makes football the most beautiful game in the world. Look at the desire displayed by Rolán, with absolutely gassed lungs, running like it's the last time in his footballing career, recovering that England possession (so much heart!!!!!!) And giving it to Suarez for the winning goal, that 3 million Uruguayans screamed at the top of their lungs...... THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FIFA MATCH I HAVE EVER SEEN. There's a quote bro, by recently retired Uruguayan midfielder (and Sporting Cristal's legend and captain) Jorge Cazulo, it says like this: "Se siente el cansancio, pero mas grande es la ilusion. Asi que hay que correr con las piernas, y cuando con las piernas no se pueda, correr con el corazón." "The exhaustion is felt, but the illusion is greater. You have to run with your legs, and when you can't do it with your legs, run with your heart." ruclips.net/video/0d646fvEWuc/видео.html VAMO URUGUAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 💙
Thanks a lot bro! The quote is beautiful and one of my new football ones favourite, I bookmarked it, I think it's perfect for this game, but also for unhoped results in real life football as well! As for the game, I mean after the first goal, with Muslera's failed exit, and the second one with Godin's OG, in not even 15 simulated videos of game, withouth Cavani and Suarez.. I thought it was a joke, but I also wanted to give it all until the end. Going back from this has been incredible.. Hernandez stubborness, Rodriguez acrobacy for the draw, the absurd amount of goals England devoured (in particular CB Caulker as an added striker, luckily all the big chances went to him), the spectacular saves of Muslera who amply redeemed himself, and finally having Suarez, for how tired he was, coming from the bench and putting in the decisive one from Rolan's effort, just in the last minute of the extra time.. pure football poetic!
**SPOILER** YES!!!!!! I KNEW IT BRO!!!!! I knew that Uruguay had INSANE dramatics left in them!! face-blue-smiling After being put against the ropes by Salah's Egypt, Carlo's "Los Charrúas" (Uruguay's nickname) come roaring back with a performance for the ages!! A rematch of the WC 2010 World Cup semifinals, looking for revenge against the favorites of the group!! This is what Uruguay is all about bro. Carlo is respecting and paying tribute to their national team's history,, NEVER GIVING UP. Muslera's saves, Cavani's unselfish play, Suarez's world class talent, the battling defense and the warrior mentality of the midfield!! Also a toast to Denmark, who held Egypt to a tie!! Loved both goals!!!!! The classic Cavani-Suarez connection, and the second goal a scramble in the box, the last second touch pass by Suarez, and the contextual finish!! I know you can do it bro!! Time to end England's ambitions!! If there's anything Uruguay has it's HEART and a NEVER DIE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!! 👍
Man, before the game I was SO SURE I was out regardless.. beating Netherlands, hoping the others would draw.. too many things had to happen for me to go through, in fact I've even played super offensive as you could see by the diamond 4-4-2 with the OMF, I also think it was a factor as we really played relaxed, like we had nothing to lose.. when I actually saw we passed, I just couldn't believe it! Carlo's Uruguay is pure attitude and passion!!😀
**SPOILER** Oh man football can be cruel sometimes..... Two crossbars by Ramirez and Vecino and quite a few other chances..!! I wouldn't say Egypt outplayed Carlo's boys this time around, it was just one of those games where I actually think you played better, but there was little to nothing you could do with that header bro.... Now the decisive game against Holland.. the toughest challenge of the group, but I know that if Uruguay has something inside of them, it is dramatics!!!!! Let's go bro!!!!!
To tell you the truth, after the second crossbar I was about to ragequit 😅 looked truly too unjust! This adventure was by far my most incredible NT experience in a Fifa!
A great performance by Muslera in this match and a classic Suarez Poacher goal bro!! Another great example of FIFA 16's player ID, it was like watching Suarez playing in real life, sliding through and finding the perfect unexpected situation for the goal! As time has gone by, Suarez has become more of a poacher and finisher, he can sometimes disappear for a long time, and then suddenly, a perfect situation arises, just like it happened in Copa America. Also, Da Silva was everywhere in this match, an unfortunate own goal and yellow card, but also really rough, classic Uruguayan tackling! I think in the end this is a point earned instead of two points lost, my friend.. Denmark is a tough opponent. Can't wait to see who else is in your group, and I'm sure that Carlo will the boys ready and primed for next match!! 😉👍
For sure mate! For how simple it was, Suarez goal was another life like gem, and Muslera confirmed himself as perhaps the best keeper in this whole run! Da Silva's owngoal was super weird, but no shame on the guy he has been very very good as a RB.. the yellow card was probably out of nervousness 😉 It is for sure a point earned, mate! They surely played way better than us, but.. it's football I guess 😄 By the way, bro.. if you don't see Sanchez.. it's cause he retired, unfortunately😅! He would have been in the team 100%, otherwise!
You wanna hear something interesting bro?? This is the first time I have seen snow in FIFA 16! I have played, in total, about 20 matches in FIFA 16 (13 matches in Zamalek's 3-Stars Cup + approximately 7 exhibitions) and the white powder has never appeared! :) I think I have an explanation for it, too!! I think my 3-Stars Cup occurred in the summer under FIFAs algorithm!! And the 7 exhibitions were all played with Millos or with a Brazilian team, so that explains the lack of snow!! I am really starting to think that the EA's algorithm has its own internal logic, bro!! In anycase, tough, physical match!! Did you feel a big difference playing in the snow?? Can't wait to hear more about this adventure mate!! 👍
I definetely think so, mate! The weather system does probably have a good, coherent logic! By the way, yes, the difference compared with the dry field is quite good.. ball does bounce differently, it's harder to control and so on, I'd say it does even feel different compared with rain.. it surely is well represented!😃
Great goal. Btw always wonder who had the bright idea in EA, to set yellow ball for snow. Since i play in Bundesliga it really kills me thay every second match is snow with yellow ball😂
Completely agree, I hate the yellow ball under the snow as well, but everytime I've changed it to orange myself I've ended forgetting it and if I just play one match per session having to play it for the next two-three not snowy games.. so I just end up suffering through it I guess 😅
Goodbye, White Hart Lane! Thank you for the memories! What a great run by Ancellotti with Spurs.. Even though it ended in somewhat of a heartbreak, you can definitely say that Carlo's run with Spurs was a highly successful one!! A Supercup win against Arsenal, Winning the double (Premier League and FA Cup) against two English Giants (what an accomplishment), and now the historic Champions League Run!! I will remember Lukaku's performance in Bernabeu (what a LEGEND, the Belgian Titan!!!!) and Bale's game winner for a long, long time my friend. But you know man, like we always say. The accomplishments and titles are great....... but even more important, is the journey, the adventure, the beating heart of football is the beating heart of our campaigns, the ups and downs, the trials and tribulations and successes and glory, and now I am 100% sure that you will continue your European journey in Lille, the Northernmost French city, probably full of rain and character!! :) :) Congratulations on a beautiful adventure, mate, and I can't wait to see the next chapter.
Sorry mate, for some reason I only saw this now. Anyway absolutely, my friend.. I subscribe all the words you said. Despite semis being still a very good result, I would have LOVED to face the arch nemesis of this adventure, Liverpool, in the CL final! Win or lose (probably the latter😂 ), would have been the most natural climax of these three seasons in London.. but, exactly as real football, it wasn't meant to be.. and it's perfectly fine, the story just gets richer and more "plausible" this way! France is proving to be a tough nut to crack.. but I must say I'm already quite enjoying the challenge and the story that is shaping up :)!
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 See, that's exactly what makes you, me, and slam the "Master League companions" bro!! We love titles, we love accomplishments, but we love the rich stories even more........ that's the true fun of football games!!!! Can't wait to hear all about your Lille adventure bro.. The struggle is probably real, especially with stacked PSG at the top!! You know bro, I watched a movie that takes place in Lille recently, and the town is grimy, industrial, grey.. Not at all like what I imagine of France, but more like an industrial city in England!! Then again, this movie takes place in the 90's, so maybe the city changed a bit, but in anycase that "grittiness" gives the football club a lot of character I think!!
Nooooooo,,,,, all you needed was one goal, ONE GOAL to go to extra time and you were SO close with the possible Melano header in extra time!! Bro, what a great, honest CL run. Arsenal were inspired I think, but you gave it your all, and went on an insane run!! This was a beautiful tournament for Spurs, full of Legendary performances and moments. But like we always say bro, football is football, and you know, this is what makes FIFA/PES stories and campaigns so fun!!!!! The joy, the heartbreak, everything!!
Hahahahaha how epic can you get,, a Semifinal matchup against Arsenal?? Wow!! And Bale is the hero with the late game winner! Even though Alexis made it interesting, Spurs showed a lot of heart at the end!! I can bet that Bale's name was chanted in White Hart Lane, with yet another historic goal against the heated rivals!! This CL Run is getting so epic, bro.. The tough Germans, then Romelu's heroic performance against Madrid, and now Bale with the 87th minute score!! Let's go man!! You can finish them off at Emirates!! :)
A legendary. an absolutely LEGENDARY performance by Romelu bro, completely SILENCING the Madridista crowd!!!!!! I LOVED the third goal bro!!!!! Having the presence of mind to stop it and use the same foot to angle it to the right corner with a powerful strike.. An awesome reaction goal!! The Powerful Belgian Titan has written his name in football history with a Master Class in Bernabeu.. This performance will be remembered for a long, long time as one of the single best performances in the legendary stadium!! It also had to be so sweet for Bale to go back to Madrid and beat them after facing so much criticisim.. Well done my friend!! :)
Absolutely mate.. was fantastic, best Lukaku's game out of the three seasons, I guess. Felt like the stuff of the legends. That third goal sent me on my feet :) .. Carlo and Bale surely gave Madridisti a tough lesson 😃
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 The third goal was insane, a magnificent score!! Man, this is one of the most mythical performances I have ever seen in Career Mode or ML, especially given the circumstances!! Absolutely love when that happens bro.. I remember when Lapadula scored his last goal against Roma in my ML, I SCREAMED "LAPA LAPA LAPADULAAAAAAA", same as what happened to you with Legend Romelu!! hahahahaha these games are something else, my friend. :)
Real Madrid! That's interesting bro (I thought the draw from your last video showed Liverpool, anyway!) It's quite interesting to see Martial with the Merengues, heheh, when I saw Modric pass it to him I was like.. Who's this?? Another example of FIFA 16's greatness, realistic transfers. :) Let's go bro!! The match back at Bernabeu is going to be tough, but I know that Carlo will have a great strategy for the comeback!!
I thought too I was getting Liverpool, indeed 😅.. but I guess after the first turn, the CPU draws random again as it happens with real life CL (besides, happy I got to play against Real Madrid!) Our dear Luka played a great match here :)
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 Oh man, it was so cool to see Lukita in your video. :) But this time, I wasn't rooting for him!! hehe.... It is so interesting the parallel worlds that FIFA Careers/Master Leagues can create,, for example when Almeyda was at Palmeiras and Sócrates at Estrela Azul! :)
We move!! I loved this series of games against Wolfsburg, so tight and difficult, I could feel all the tackles and the collisions! Very atmospheric, and a razor thin's victory for Spurs! Dele Ali with the header and the Wolfsburg's disallowed offside goal..This really could've gone for either team! In the end, Tottenham survives the tough Germans!! Good job and on to Liverpool bro!!
Yeah mate, was a very nice double one to play.. I think could have gone either way, indeed. Would have been so bad to go out here tho 😂
Snowing in Napoli! heheheheh you know I was surprised bro, I actually looked it up and it said that it does snow there once or twice a year!! I guess I have this idea of the "Mediterranean climate" in the South of Italy, but this snow is realistic!! A good draw to preserve the first place in the group, this was an important match because this ranking could prove to be decisive in the knockout stage!! Always good to have the advantage. I will finish watching the rest of your awesome Tottenham adventure this weekend. :)
Yeah, it's very rare for it to see it snow in Napoli in rl, but sometimes it happens.. can't remember the last time it did tho.. Wikipedia says in 2018 😁 As for the game, I really love it when you arrive at the last match of the gropu and it's only the first place to play for cause you are already qualified.. as it's relaxing, but still challenging. Luckily my trusted youth Guardado evened it out and I could kept it! Take your sweet time, my friend.. I realize I posted a lot of stuff in just a day or two.. must become lass lazy 😁
Dust and blood indeed, like slam said!! English vs Turkish pride right here in the depths of the Istanbul stadium..... Guts and pride!!
I like that they certainly were more solid than in London (as I was, as you said, with Spartak at home). I've always wondered if there really is a difference between home and away in 16 🤔, sometimes it certainly feels so!
A completely different match bro!!!! 16 shots!! (which in FIFA 16 is quite a feat..) Romelu is absolutely on fire!! What a difference coming back to Tottenham Stadium is.. Spartak was very tough in Moscow, but here, you could have easily scored 4 goals.. Awesome. :) Bro, wanted to ask you.. What .exe version are you using? 1.00 or 1.07? :)
Romelo is an incredible player bro! My favourite forward on Fifa 16 ever for sure! I'm playing 1.07.. no patience to mod it as of now, besides I'm still having some incredible fun even with this less popular version 😃
Goalless draw, but i loved the frequency of physical battles in the ground. A lot of dust and blood
I find these matches are so satisfying indeed. Another of the many things modern Fifa can't capture with this genuinity.
****SPOILER**** Wait, wait..... did I see something about Uruguay leading South American qualifying for a split second?? LOOOOL Awesome win bro (the goalie's error notwithstanding!) You are comfortably winning the group, with a wonderful performance by Lukaku and Dele Alli!! Man, FIFA 16 is giving me such good vibes.... the whole feeling of the game, I really need to play it back again!!
Ahh, now this was a much stiffer challenge in faraway Moskva! I guess the Russian side really got spirit from their home crowd (even if Promes was silencing the crowd, hahah, in my mind, he was racing towards the Tottenham side of the stadium).. Love the collision animations in FIFA 16, man!! It just gives the entire game a physical, unforgiving feel to it. You can really feel the crunching tackles and collisions!!
😂agree, he probably was silencing my fans. Or maybe he was being contested by his own ones and wanted to take revenge.. works both ways for me 😃! Totally, my friend! Collisions and physical battles makes this game feel SO alive to me. I just love it!
A great way to start your groupstage bro!! Talk about a goal festival!! Something classic about this English-Turkish teams matchup in rainy North London. :) That miss by #38 Galatasaray's player was great too.. Love to see the CPU making these kind of errors as well!!
Absolutely bro, after lat season, I was so surprised to brutalize my first match like this.. a good chance of pace😁 Yeah as I said to Slam above, I love to score this kind of goals, probably more than screamers or canonically " beautiful" ones!
Loving the randomness amd and the battle for the goal in 0:38
100% agree mate, it pumps me so up when I score this kind of goals!
Ahh bro!! King Ciro!! Eternal Lazio Legend and one of the most Likeable and Charismatic players in Serie A!! Buona Fortuna in Besiktas, idolo!! 🤗🤗 No matter where he goes,, King Ciro will always be a LAZIO EMBLEM and Eternal Captain!! 🤗🤗 Didn't know you played with Lazio bro! And with Bielsa as manager!
For sure bro.. was time to part ways, but what he did will stay with Lazio fans forever. Only love for King Ciro. Anyway, yes, I played a small Lazio ML test on Efootball 23.. I'd love to play a proper one with custom tactics, gameplay, stadiums etc (maybe a journeyman!). As for Bielsa.. don't know if you ever heard, but Lazio actually signed him back in 2016! He resigned after out president Lotito did not want to buy him the players he asked for. Then after the chaos that ensured we picked an unexperienced Inzaghi as a coach (and Immobile, who wouldn't have arrived otherwise) and it went very well anyway, but sometimes I wonder about that possible alternate future if El Loco stayed with us. Now that you made me think about it, sounds like a great scenario for a career/ML.. I must play it in the future!
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 Yes bro, it's always bittersweet to see an idol go.. It has happened so many times with my Millonarios, but when it's better for the player and the organization, then the last thing to do is to wish him well in his new destination! You know bro, I wasn't aware of Immobile until approximately 2017, when he went to Lazio and then the Italian National Team, but I always liked him.. Always thought he was very likeable, and had kind of an old-school feeling about him, something throwback to the great Italian strikers of the 90's and 2000's.. He definitely has the charisma, and he always looked great in Biancocelesti! it's gonna be cool to see what he can do at Besiktas vs Mourinho's Fenerbahce.. Oh, you mean PES 2021 with 2023 patch? Because last I heard efootball didn't have Master League. 😄 In anycase, I didn't remember that current Uruguayan manager Bielsa was with Lazio.. That could be a great future continuation story (maybe in PES 2017!!)

Bro, I have a somewhat unrelated question.. I'd like to try FIFA 16 in Career Mode. (just to experiment while I write my Comizzo story, which will take me a while, Toro is STILL my main campaign of course) :) Wanted to ask you.. How did you manage the training? Did you train your players at all or did you just play without it? I'm not a huge fan of the training drills, and I wouldn't want my players to grow to fast.. but is it necessary for a realistic career mode?? oh, and also bro.. did you use any sliders? FIFA 16 is such a great game..
They are not necessary.. players will grow or decrease regardless. It's interesting as in these seasons I saw older players getting better, and younger plateuoing or even getting worse. Personally I use drills for the ones I want to specifically develop faster, but when you reach the limit you reach it, so it's not particularly op either ;)
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 Thanks bro, that's very useful! :)
**SPOiLER** What a better way to cap off this magical season, bro, than to win the FA Cup against United, the most storied team in English history?? I mean, you can honestly say that you have beaten the present and the past of English Football in this amazing run!! What a double, it really reminds me of my third Werder Bremen story!! It just gives you such a sense of accomplishment and domination when you are able to pull off the national duo!! I think what made it so amazing, bro, are the teams you were up against. It's like Ancellotti stared history in the eye, and said: I will take you on, no matter what the odds. He has proven himself a legend. It'll be SO interesting to see what happens next!! And that 117th minute goal man.... What a couple of touches!! Kondogbia to Alderweireld to Chadli, and then finishing with the deft touch to the bottom left corner.. What an epic play!! This FA Cup will liive in the annals of Footballing lore, the drama and the storybook resolution.. Tottenham's most beautiful season ever, one that will live on in history, and those who witnessed it will tell their grandchildren that one day, Tottenham won the double, against all odds and against giants!!!!!! Congratulations bro!!!!!
Thanks for this other amazing recount, mate! Manchester United seems my reverse Liverpool in this career.. it looks like everytime I face them, I pull the rabbit out the hat and manage some crazy win.. this, after the disappointment in Capitol One Cup, wasn't different! I thought I was gonna lose after their draw, but Chadli indeed sent Ancelotti's guys up for another trophy!!
Great goal by Kondogbia!! I was wondering where the celebrations had gone, I was a bit surprised after the Man City match, but now I realized that it's the way FIFA 16 is set up until the last game of the season!! Now the cycle is complete, and you have come back full circle. What a lovely season, man.. Lukaku finishing second in the overall goal standings, a 5 point lead, with very balanced and realistic goal differentials, and also I think the unsung hero of your season was your defense!!
I think they fixed the celebration thing in later Fifas, as iirc in Fifa 19 the team celebrated when I rightfully won the title some days before the last match.. but it's all good :) , it was nice to celebrate in our Stadium. To tell you the truth mate, I was a bit tilted when I saw how the CPU screwed my boy Lukaku 🥺.. he was our leader all season long, so dominant he reminded me of Vieri in 99 Lazio.. he totally deserved to be the top scorer! But it wouldn't be Fifa if there wasn't something to be mad about after all :) Also agree with the defense.. Worm, as I wrote on Evoweb, won the best player of the tournament award.. but my captain Alderweireld and all the other guys played a fantastic season. Will remember them!
**SPOILER** And this was the night bro, this HAD to be the night!! Against Manchester City, I find it so poetic that Spurs were able to win their title against perhaps the most infamous team in England since the takeover!! Against Liverpool it would've been cool, but doing it against Man City at their stadium is a type of "old school" Carlo beating the "new school" money team!! A great victory, not only for Don Carlo, but also for all of English Football! Ancellotti proving that the legendary approach, respecting the flair of the players and not just a system, can win titles!! I wonder how AC Milan feels now, I bet they feel kind of foolish to have let Carlo go and now...... you can finally say ENGLISH CHAMPION!!!!!!! First with Chelsea, now with Tottenham, I can now safely say that Ancellotti has become a complete European legend, transcending and becoming engraved in the "Mt. Rushmore" of managers!!!!! I also loved the fact that Lukaku came through as a substitute and scored the third and clinching goal of the title.... well deserved for the Belgian titan!!!!!! You are writing history bro. Can you repeat as EPL Champs?? How will you do in the Champions League?? What will happen to Uruguay?? Man, so many questions, and such a beautiful bittersweet tale, one that started with disappointment in Italy but now is complete with redemption, a complete and epic redemption!!!!!! Love this story, my friend. :)
Thanks for the epic note, bro.. you never miss 🙂 This Ancelotti story was one of the best I've had in a long while.. it played so good in my head, I'm almost sorry I've not really narrated it lol. Maybe with the next one. So many things to establish, indeed! I think the up-coming will be my last season, hoping to do an at least significant path in mostly both CL and World Cup. But I'll ultimately decide after I'll play it out. Maybe if Mr. Carlo will gets the right call, a last adventure in Spain or France won't be completely out of the table.. :)
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 Hehe I would LOVE to see Ancellotti going to France! For the simple reason that it would complete his epic European journey! (I mean I know he won with PSG in 2012-13 season but honestly that team was really stacked, I think with Zlatan!), so going on a French adventure would be really interesting and different! No matter what happens, you KNOW I am looking forward to the Champions League and especially, the World Cup!! Next season promises to be EPIC.. :)
@@millossobek1027 thanks mate.. hope I can live to your expectations.. particularly worried for the WC to be honest 😁
It wasn't meant to be against Liverpool bro.. but you are close.. amazingly close to the finish line!! It's kind of like with Torino not being able to beat Roma or Juventus this season.. with the difference that Tottenham is a much stronger team so the "Liverpool curse" seems much stranger!! But not to worry my friend.. Your title is coming soon!! VERY soon!!!!! P.S: So interesting to see the CPU transfers here.. Varane (with his usual rough tackling) and Pogba in Liverpool..
Aahaha, agree mate, it's a nice parallel, we both have our nemesis :) . Luckily in this case it was pretty painless as Arsenal lost as well. Liverpool built a very interesting team, indeed! Pogba, Varane, Gotze.. surely the most fascinating team to play against in this ave (although United with Neymar is a good second!)
**SPOILER** Aaaaaargh oh man.... PK's once again... which are a poker game in FIFA's and quite frustrating!! But still I believe this is the Capital One Cup (aka Carabao) not the FA Cup, right? Still, your eyes are fixed on the prize.. The Golden prize of this season..... is the English Premier League!!!! Go for it, bro!!!!!
Aahaha, right? Was so frustrating to lose, after all that chances too. Liverpool in particular seems to costantly have my number since I arrived in england (I think I've never beaten them). But, again, that's football! Yeah mate, it's not FA Cup indeed. Will also show that one since I've arrived there too. For now, all for PL tho!!🤩
Congratulations mate!! Well done,, and against the eternal Spurs rival, no less!! One step closer to the title!! 7 Point lead with 4 matches to go, you are almost there!! Would be a historic honor for Don Carlo, but first things first, Spurs need to wrap up the EPL!!
Absolutely bro.. also happy Lukaku, even if injured, scored the decisive goal. He deserved it on top of all people!
ahh, very nice goal bro!! I love these little animations, I think with Mason falling down after the shot gives the whole sequence a sense of dynamism and unpredictability! Chanting under rainy skies!
Thanks mate.. I love this kind of animations as well.. and he fact the ball usually ends up very far from the goal when I slide shot, but in this one it ends in the angle. Without the slide I would have probably shoot it right on the keeper I guess 😁
Noooooooooo WTF... No justice in football! That last minute equalizer from Gaston was super dramatic bro, after the furious scramble in the box (the Cavani header just defended out too)..... Saving a PK also.. The ball against the post from the long ranger.. If there was any justice in football, this would've been your night!! But how some football philosophers have said.. "In football, the best team not always wins", that's what makes our dear sport dramatic, in some cases heartbreaking, in other cases exhilarating.. And the PK's man, that's just a complete crapshoot, I think especially in this case.. Guessing which way the ball or keeper will go.. Completely following the philosopher's thought. I really really wanted to see your Uruguay move forward in the Copa América (especially because the RL Copa América is going on right now!!), but it wasn't meant to be this time bro.. But there is still more competitions to look forward to!! World Cup qualifying will probably start soon!! All I know is this.. This is a hugely likeable Uruguay team, with identity, passion, desire, and fighting spirit, and I know that there is still one more run under Ancellotti!!
Or as the philosopher Ivica Osim said: ball is a prostitute!!
LoL. RUclips censored me. I will repeat. As the philosopher Ivica Osim said: ball is a πρόστιτιουτ <--- copy this and Google it with translate in English 😁
@@slamsoze hahahahaha good one dude! 😂
Absolutely mate.. ! I totally agree with this philosophy. I think this kind of failures keep football (video game or even RL one) interesting, although I would have loved to reach AT LEAST the semi finals. But I'm sure Mr. Ancelotti learned for this and we'll come back stronger for the WC 🔥
@@madmacsretrofootball7211 What is a football game, in fact, what is any game without failure? My friend, this is what keeps it so fun, the challenge and the story behind it! I agree... it would've been great to have seen you play against Argentina or Peru (I LOVE Peru's generation, with Gallese, Farfán, Guerrero, Carrillo)... But still, here's what's great about it.. You will get to face every single one of those teams during WC qualifying!! :)
Dramatic game. 90 minutes drama, ET drama. And then PK. I hate playing PKs in knockout phases against CPU it's either you win by the beginning, or the game "tell me your are scripted, without telling me anything". The last penalty of Mexico was...damn😢...In the ankle, but not saved...ffs..
Yeah mate.. completely agree.. penalties are really too unfair and random, all in all I pretend to see them as a mirror of RL ones but in fifa in particular they really are unnerving as the keeper remains immobile to save central PK a lot.. until he totally gets your side one. The last one Muslera almost saved particularly hurted indeed 😓
