Finally had the opportunity to give this a proper listen. very cool! 1 of the most original DS releases i've heard in a while. I'm also a big pink floyd/syd barret fan so I love this tribute! it lends itself so well to the dark whimsy of the hobbits facing the wider world of middle earth! A middle class english teenager dropping mindshattering amounts of acid in the 60s is probably comparable to a hobbit being influenced by the ring (which begs the question if syd was more like gollum/smeagol, frodo, or bilbo in the end...)
